Booked flights glasgow to bali with emirates. On way back via singapore emirates use a partner airline jetstar.still emirates . But emirates take no responsibility for any changes they make. My flight was put back 2 hours going to singapore. So I phoned emirates 40 mins on hold gave up then went online and was told they couldn't give me any info .and I should phone the third party airline myself.So if you book your flights with emirates remember you are on your own no help at all and no responsibility. Shocking customer service

The auto abort feature is unnecessary, a person should be allowed to pause or not play, if you don’t start a game you shouldn’t lose. There should be buttons the user is prompted to choose for this dilemma, to abort, cancel, pause etc, doesn’t make sense that someone should be stuck in a game if not on competition day. Maybe there are settings I don’t know about but it drops your rating by a lot! Yet you gain only a handful of points from most wins! I wish there was a way to not have lost points from starting a game with my bf but not choosing my first move in what may be a minute. Didn’t know that it was going to do that my first game until he said go quickly. Why pay for a site that makes people so frustrated?!

I don't even want to give them 1 star but I had to. the worst customer service ever. For two years I have been battling with them over upgrading my phone. It started with them saying that I had a fraud on my account but no one could tell me what happened. Then they said I was using to many non-at&t towers for service but they couldn't tell me how to prevent it or how much I was using. I kept getting the run around and no one could help me. After 12 yrs I am switching to another carrier.

Amazon deliveries have become diabolical. One recent order was dumped (in full view of my wife!) in a full garden waste bin awaiting collection. Other orders are dump and dash, left by the front door in the pouring rain. Yesterday's order was dumped under a shrub right beside the footpath. I took a photo to prove it but customer service (polite but just following a script) was ineffectual. If it wasn't for Prime Reading and Prime Video I would not touch this company with a bargepole.

It has been 7 days until now I have not received my order. Before ordering I was told delivery will be within 2-3 days, I am disappointed with Otto. When I call Otto they tell me the product is already with Hermes and when I call Hermes they say the product is in the car! What does this even mean? If you want to order something better do it with Amazon they are more honest.

i suggest you contact directly to the hotel if your looking for accomodation. just used the app in searching a room and if you find one search the contact number of that hotel and make a transaction directly to the hotel. it is much cheaper if you contact directly to the hotel and if their is problem like re booking or worst cancellation you can easily make ammendment. unlike if thru agoda they cant make any refund of your payment or offer you any just to compensate. NEVER AGAIN with this app...

Customer service is all 'AI' - using the term loosely because it's not intelligent at all. It can't look at images you send, so I don't know why they have an image attachment button on the chat. As the images provide context for the problem at hand, there's no resolution since it can't understand your words either. It says when you join the chat that there will be a review / survey at the end, but there never is because when you click 'no' to 'did we solve your problem?' it just connects you with another bot. Spent almost 1.5 hours talking to bots before I realised! The initial problem I went to look for help with that I still have:They kept emailing asking for me to update my payment method/country or my account would be cancelled. I did that, received the Duo Premium welcome email and small card check fee, and then on the deadline day they cancelled my Premium anyway.
