Review of yelp
I signed up for a free month on Yelp to try it out and well before the month was over I tried to cancel it because I was getting asked to do stuff my business doesn't do. No matter what I did online I just couldn't cancel it. The day after the month was over I got a $98.00 bill from yelp. Also a day or two after signing up I got a massive charge on my debit card that I didn't make and the only place I used the card was yelp when I signed up for the "free" one month trial. Luckily the bank blocked my card and I had to get a new one. When I called them they canceled my account and I said what about the bill I received? The person said not to worry about it. Now I am getting a bill for $98 still. I called today and got the run around. I was transferred to four different people that obviously were working from home because you could hear the TV in the background. The last you said he listened to the call that I made to cancel my account and said nothing was said about canceling the $98 billing for the "FREE" month. But I completely remember him saying not to worry about it he took care of it.

I use DoorDash a lot but my order today was not delivered. When I contacted customer service they lied about having tried to contact me. I've had dozens of deliveries and if the customer service rep had half a brain she woul have seen the "delivery confirmation" photo did not match any of the others. Refused to refund the order.Their customer service is totally worthless.

This company is extremely disappointing. Despite having their highest service tier, my account was unexpectedly suspended. I've been attempting to reach their support team for three days with no success. We are considering legal action and will pursue it promptly.

I had an issue with the SSL certificate and the customer service representative was very attentive, knowledgeable, and most important was very patient with me. She helped me until the issue was solved. Excellent service. 200% satisfied

I received the incorrect international order; but what is worse is the customer service after this. I was transferred from operator to operator for one hour. Finally got onto someone that seemed to know what they were doing and keeping fingers crossed that this will be resolved. Overall abysmal service. My advice would be to never order from Macys.

Purchased a dell back in march 2020. Noticed the speaker didnt work for zoom (zoom is used for many things in this pandemic) in September. Have been in contact with technical support. Had someone come to my house, on the phone for hours, and had it shipped for repair. Its January 2021. Issue not resolved. They wont give me a refund/exchange because its out of 30 days from purchase. Customer service and technical support were BAD. Even spoke with the supervisor who said the best he could do was send someone to my house again for repair then hung up on me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with dell
