I am writing to express my concern and seek clarification regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to create a new account on your platform. Specifically, I noticed that Ukraine is not available as a selectable country during the registration process.As a Ukrainian creator, I find it deeply disheartening that an entire nation is seemingly blocked from joining your service—especially now, when countless Ukrainian artists, developers, writers, and other creatives are trying to sustain their work and livelihoods during an ongoing war. This is a time when platforms like Buy Me a Coffee could make a real difference by supporting those who are most in need of accessible global tools to reach their audience and earn income.I respectfully ask: why is Ukraine not supported for new users? And is there any plan to rectify this restriction?I believe blocking access based solely on location not only feels unjust but also contradicts the spirit of global creator support that platforms like yours champion.I look forward to your response and truly hope to see a change in this policy.

I’d give them a 0 if I could. I bought a book from them and they sent me the wrong book. Instead of making it right, they demanded that I pay for the shipping to return the book they sent me, which again was the wrong book. So, they expect me to pay extra for their mistake. After several emails attempting to figure out why I’m supposed to pay more in order to get my money back, they then tell me they don’t have the book I ordered at all. Which means they took my money for a product they didn’t even have, sent me the wrong product, and now expect me to pay extra to send it back to them. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with an online bookstore. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

The worst customer service ever experienced. SadI placed an order back at the beginning of April. Literally few seconds after placing the order, realised I got the wrong size (us not uk), called them straight away and staff was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She also couldn’t do anything about my order and said that it was already send to the wearhouse just four minutes after I placed an order.. ok. Technically my fault but then why provide customer service number at the bottom of the order page in case you made a mistake?? Wasting my money on call and my time only to be left disappointed and unsatisfied. Called few more times to check with another customer agent and was told to not accept the parcel so I don’t have to pay for the postage back. Said nothing else. Parcel arrived exactly 1,5 months later (delate of course) and I did as they said, refused it. Send them an email confirming that I was told to do so by their agent. Haven’t heard anything since until I called them again. No news there. Called few weeks after and was told that they will open an investigation so that they can issue me a refund. She said I will get an email confirming just that but they didn't send it.Meanwhile, got a call from the post office, them asking me, to send confirmation email for the parcel to be send back to its sender. So I know it was definitely send back. Send another email to Urban Outfitters (FreePeople) asking for updates. Nothing heard back.ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS!!! and no refund, no apology for holding my money and no sorry for such a massive delay in solving something that usually takes only couple of days for a decent and honest companies. Embarrassing

Support in the US and EMEA is great, but their offshore teams are a different story. Their product knowledge is lacking, troubleshooting skills are minimal, and responses often feel automated. Instead of solving issues, they flood you with emails just to meet their KPIs. Honestly, it’s on par with Amazon’s offshore customer service—frustrating at best.Sales will push hard for a purchase, even if it’s not what you need. Salesforce prioritizes profit over technology, showing little real interest in the tech itself.That's kind of funny because SF core value is trust...
