The worst customer service ever experienced. SadI placed an order back at the beginning of April. Literally few seconds after placing the order, realised I got the wrong size (us not uk), called them straight away and staff was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She also couldn’t do anything about my order and said that it was already send to the wearhouse just four minutes after I placed an order.. ok. Technically my fault but then why provide customer service number at the bottom of the order page in case you made a mistake?? Wasting my money on call and my time only to be left disappointed and unsatisfied. Called few more times to check with another customer agent and was told to not accept the parcel so I don’t have to pay for the postage back. Said nothing else. Parcel arrived exactly 1,5 months later (delate of course) and I did as they said, refused it. Send them an email confirming that I was told to do so by their agent. Haven’t heard anything since until I called them again. No news there. Called few weeks after and was told that they will open an investigation so that they can issue me a refund. She said I will get an email confirming just that but they didn't send it.Meanwhile, got a call from the post office, them asking me, to send confirmation email for the parcel to be send back to its sender. So I know it was definitely send back. Send another email to Urban Outfitters (FreePeople) asking for updates. Nothing heard back.ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS!!! and no refund, no apology for holding my money and no sorry for such a massive delay in solving something that usually takes only couple of days for a decent and honest companies. Embarrassing
