We've been using Animoto for lots of years and this is such a great asset to our business.We use it to present the pictures to our clients and they are always blown away by the result and professionnal style. I also use it also to present my portfolios and to add marketing videos on my social media feeds.It's versatile, easy to use and Animoto upgrades constantly there offer so we can always impress even our clients that our following us since our beginnings.

Purchasing Games/DLC Is A Nightmare...

It's very difficult to know what you're buying and which account your buying it for.I bought a GWA2 add on in the store (via the console itself).I wanted to buy it for my son, however as the admin account holder (who manages the family accounts) only I can buy stuff.So having bought it it seems that my son doesn't have access to it and had to buy the content in the actual GWA2 game itself.When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't becuase "In this case, the DLC has been provided for use with PLANTS VS ZOMBIES GARDEN WARFARE 2 and was activated when it was downloaded. Because of this, we can't offer a refund on this occasion. For future reference, you'll find details of our cancellation and refund policy at blah blah blah blah"Why they can't explain/check this when you buy it I just don't know.I would recommend only purchasing items with wallet funds while logged in to the account (and ideally the game) that you want to use it in.Having purchased other add-ons for other games on the PSN I can only say it's a nightmare. There's next to no information about whether the game will available to all account holders and if any purchased DLC can only be purchased once for all accounts or has to be purchased per account.

DropBox is outdated.

DropBox is outdated and a joke. Every time a client of mine uses them and I have to get them their files via DropBox it is always slow. Every other time there are issues with the upload or download and every few times I get locked out because they don't recognize me anymore. I NEVER have any of these issues with Google drive. Today I am making it my mission to convince yet another client to switch. So far I am 9 for 9. I feel pretty good about my odds on this.

Subject: Poor Customer Service and Mismanagement – Consider Switching to Visa or Mastercard**I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from American Express. Despite requesting multiple times to change my debit date from the end of the month to mid-month, nothing was ever done. Each request was ignored or mishandled.On top of that, I was advised to transfer funds to lower my balance, which I did, only to find that Amex still charged me the full amount without considering my credit. The credit was rolled over to the next month, which was not helpful. I asked for the credit to be refunded to my bank account and was assured it would be. After waiting over 25 days, nothing happened. When I followed up, I was told the system had canceled the request, despite receiving multiple confirmations that the money would arrive by a specific date.Adding to the frustration, I was informed I could withdraw money from an ATM. I even calculated my withdrawal limit with one of the agents. But when I went to the ATM, I received a message saying, “Please contact your bank.” Upon contacting Amex again, I was told I’m not allowed to withdraw until one year has passed, something that was never mentioned before.The level of miscommunication, poor customer service, and repeated failures to follow through are unacceptable. I expected far better from a company like Amex. If you are considering a credit card, I strongly suggest running away from Amex and transitioning to Visa or Mastercard. Their services and customer care are far more reliable, and you won’t have to endure the endless frustrations I’ve encountered with Amex.

Review of vrbo

Stay away from these criminals!

I have 4 rental listings i on vrbo to "test the waters" as it were. After 3 months i have yet to recieve a penny to my verified account. I was forced to delete the info from my listings and pics as vrbo refused to delete the listings i guess so they can continue to take the money from the rentals and not pay me a penny. I have lawyers involved and am also pursuing criminal charges against this company as the amounts they are refusing to pay are in the thousands. My guests have given me a 5 star ratings. Stay away from this company. They are no better than Paypal by tying up money and collecting interest on millions of dollars of owners money. Stay away. Use Airbnb. We are paid within hours by them!

VRBO Refund: Lack of accountability and poor customer service on refunds

Booked accommodation initially through Expedia for a June trip 2024 in Montreal and once I received email confirmation it was with VRBO for a studio apartment. Accommodation stated 100% refund for cancellation before April 2024. I cancelled within 48 hrs of initial booking that was towards the end of July 2023 due to a slight trip change - its now over a month later and I'm still waiting for a refund. Have connected via online VRBO support now 3 times and each time I am promised escalation to the "escalation team" and someone would contact me shortly. Each time a week or even 2 weeks have gone by and I hear nothing! I am still owed over C$2000 and have provided them with evidence as requested with a copy of my credit card statement, transaction for the rental property, which is also in their system and additional proof of cancellation which was an email confirming such (also in their system). Note Host of the accommodation will not respond to texts, email or even voice mail.I am so frustrated with VRBO, their lack of accountability and poor customer service when it comes to refunds. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is that I have used them before - but never had to cancel. Very frustrating trying to get cancellation refunds from them - which I am told should have taken only 5 days!Update: totally fed up with VRBO and very poor refund service which doesn’t even align with their policy. Have now reported to Visa where I am now guaranteed the refund in the next 5-7 days. Note to self - consider using a competitor platform for the future who have better customer support and a refund process that is far more timely and efficient!!!

Bought a LG Washing machine

Bought a LG Washing machine - thinking Ill spend a little extra and go for quality - 2nd month it failed - waited 2 weeks for someone to look at the machine - could not fix the unit - proceeded to order parts another 2 weeks later returned to not having all the parts so could not fix machine - going on 5 weeks now without a machine - absolutely terrible back up! i will not be supporting LG in future!

Review of google

Daily essential with room to improve

We use Google Docs on a daily basis and it's an essential part of our working processes. For the most part we're very happy though there are a couple of things worth mentioning that I hope will be improved in the future. Firstly, if you work with multiple Google accounts, it can get frustrating as you switch between Google aps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc) and it seems that the account it assigns for the new tab is often random. This can cause confsion when Docs are not where you thought they were and you cannot save them under a different Google account Drive without making a copy or adding a shortcut which is a bit of a hoo-hah. Secondly, for some unknown reason they did not bother to build in the functionality to select multiple areas of text. This is particularly annoying if you want to edit multiple headings, or change font size of multiple sections, etc. This functionality exists in Word (Shift + select) and it's a bit strange that Google is lagging with such an, in my eyes, essential feature. Let's hope they get up to speed soon.
