I had to write several emails, including threatening with a lawyer, in order to get the annual fee back - then it finally worked.in particular, chess.com seems to want to keep the fee after an account has been blocked - otherwise an automatic reimbursement would be made.never again chess.com!

My bill went from $107 to $396 in one month. I called, it seams they started direct TV by mistake. No problem they took it off.The major major problem was giving my money back. They could not credit my account. A big company like them does not have that technology in todays time, REALY! Only a credit card and I have to wait 3 days before they will send the card. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. In addition this unexpected draft caused my account to be overdrawn and I can not even deposit the money into my account.

Review of ESPN
It's sad to see how this family of channels have been eroded over the past 10 years. From covering sports and providing unique coverage, insights and personalities to what we get today. I fully expect in the next few years there will be no people, only analytics and betting. I'd guess one of the easiest jobs now is to be an executive working on espn programming. Come up with three topics that are semi-controversial, release them for the week and then pound every customer with the same topics with a few ex athletes and parade them on every show over and over again. Really sad and I'm guessing the athletes (other than getting paid) feel like zoo animals. The one show I still enjoy is PTI and I find myself agreeing with Mike Wilbon on most topics. For me, I'm tired of the games, tired of having to sit through the same topics over and over, tire of them hiding behind all the senseless analytics, DESPISE all the betting and fantasy coverage and yes more and more commercials. I'd guess there is less than 15 minutes of actual sports coverage/discussion in any given hour of programming. I'm sure there are many in today's generation absolutely love what they get now but for me. the NEW and IMPROVED ESPN 'bank' that runs things now wins...I am dropping ESPN and cable and looking for alternatives.

Review of aaa
Are you planning to use AAA for Roadside Assistance? Here's some serious information. This truth is derived from a balanced and slowly articulated approach to looking at a company to see its value. AAA is no longer the company that gave service to its customers like the old ma and pa type service. They are a care less, grab your money and go company, and will use opportunities to help you with road side service, through lying and manipulation to get you into their AAA service center. Watch out when they show up to service your car with that little handheld gadget. The complicit company uses this trickery like a wingman for service. Pete's AAA auto service. The so called gadget, will show you your battery is weak. They did it to me twice. Blew my radio sound system out installing their inferior batteries. Both of my cars needed batteries, but found out they really didn't. My advice, its time to search for a company that you can trust more. If a company will scheme on you to make a profit with the auto service, can you really trust them after all is said and done for any service? Run, while you have everything intact. I'm out about $800.00 because of AAA that didn't want to reimburse me for a low class weak reason. That tells you they like to collect, but hate to pay. Forget about AAA. They suck! They're selling inferior car batteries, and their service sucks DO NOT BUY ONE!

Account suspension after posting a picture of evolution on our planet. I just avoid everything E.M. touches from this point on, because my own believe is that he does not understand humanity. He understands money, I'll give him that, but genuine feelings and emotions? He just can't understand it, it seems to go beyond his knowledge. If someone answers, do you think it is a problem with genuine humans or just a fictional world.Do you see the storm coming?

Dear Thomann, I do appreciate your sorry for the delay with the shipping company that you chose, however, I had a bad experience. While I was talking with UPS for the fifth time today they told me that you as a company know that there is no standard expecting time for the package because is the cheapest shipping, this was not happening in the past, as the return of my product for service 3 months ago and it was lost, yes, you refunded the item, however, I had the bad experience again, things happen and are out of my control

Incredible service from Pamela V over the live chat. Got myself tangled up in trials, free accounts, and premiums. Pamela took things step by step and de-stressed the situation.Well done. I will continue to be a premium user for a long time.

I don’t recommend anyone use them, they are crooks!! They steal your money before and after rides. They take your money for rides they don’t send and there is literally no one to speak to. There is no on the phone live customer support, only questions to click that might be associated with your issue and then, you’re not even texting support, it’s literally a claim. If they have your account information beware!!

Review of amazon
I had a terrible experience with Amazon customer support. Someone hacked my account and placed a $500 gift card order. First rep told me they canceled it and I just needed to wait 2 days. After 2 days, another rep said it wasn’t canceled at all and escalated it again. Then a third rep told me I had to send an email to a different department to get it canceled—which I was never told before. Every agent gave me a different answer, nobody followed up, and I had to chase them myself for days. Meanwhile, I couldn’t verify my account or buy anything else, and I missed out on sales. Complete runaround and no accountability.
Review of vrbo
My booked property has a non-refundable cancelation policy and due to a winter storm advisory deemed by the national weather service we are unable to safely get to our property. I had every intention of making it to our trip but have had to cancel 24 hours prior to my stay. I think based on an emergency cancellation VRBO should ensure we get our money back. Furthermore, I let the property management know that I felt this was inconsiderate and greedy and received this response "Calling us greedy and inconsiderate is not a good way to get a refund if by chance the unit does rent back out". I think these policies should be updated for an emergency, last minute cancellation that travel would honestly put me in danger.
