I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with GoDaddy. I have been a loyal paying customer for many years, having invested in many domains. When I got around to starting a website with one of my domains, they denied me access to their payment processing services. They said my business did not meet their standards. Well, great, but no one ever told me that they would not accept my business for payment processing. I paid a techie to install another payment service, but the payment service got kicked offline. I only maintain my account here because I have been too busy to look at another service. Then, a week ago, they billed me over $50 for a website and email which I never ordered. I have been offering my domains on their auction site for years (for a fee paid to them), but no one ever bids on them, though I have sold domains independently myself in past years. I know some of my domains have real value. I am really at wit's end with this company, and they don't apologize or offer ways to help a long paying customer. They get mad when I ask for a credit for something they billed me for which I did not order. I have been billed numerous times for shadowy services which they can't explain. All I get is a credit, no refund. I am trying to find time to research a competitor that meets my standards and move all to them.

I canceled my Meta Bundle subscription and deactivated my Facebook account. But after doing that, some kind of glitch happened. Facebook still shows that I have an active Meta subscription, even though I’m not paying for it, and there’s no way to cancel it again. I’ve contacted Meta’s customer service multiple times. Even their higher-level subscription team admitted it’s a system glitch they can’t fix on their end.I reactivated my account, tried everything they told me, used the Meta Account Center, and even got passed around different reps. Nothing worked. The subscription shows as active and can’t be removed, edited, or canceled. It’s just stuck.I’m not being charged, but this is a broken system. Meta’s own support can’t fix a glitch in their own backend? That’s unacceptable. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix something that shouldn't be this hard. Meta needs to fix this or provide a direct way to wipe out ghost data like this from user accounts.Meta, if you’re reading this, clean up your backend systems.

Booking.com Your customer service is a disgrace. Not only have you left me hanging for more than a month without solving my refund issue. You have the audacity to remove all previous communications regarding this issue from my account as if there was no ticket to begin with. And I still have no answer.Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Don't pay there licence fee and don't bee intimidated by the bbc goons, these goons who will come and threaten you with arrest fines to enter your property and will go as low as peeking though windows with cameras. I will never ever pay for a service thats not impartial that's has a blatant left wing and neoliberalist bias and which supports the wilful censorship of information and the which leads to misinformation and the suppression of spree speech. I've washed my hands with this company and I'm fighting to stop it being law to own a tv licence which is unfair and costly to the poorer people of society.

The News App is total rubbish.I am no longer able to swipe between stories if I want to move on quickly. I have to go back to the home page to move on and that is unacceptable to me as it just costs extra time to get to the stories I want.very close to deleting this useless app.

AT&T has been installing fiber in our neighborhood for the past few months. They were at our neighbors and installing service for them. THEY TRENCHED IN OUR YARD AND CUT OUR INTERNET CABLE!! We have Xfinity. I called AT&T and was told they can not come out and fix since it is not their equipment!! WTH!! So now we have no services! NO INTERNET, WI FI, TV, SECURITY CAMERAS!!! I had to take action MYSELF and call Xfinity to set up a tech appointment so they can come out and fix. What type of INCOMPETENT AND CARELESS techs does AT&T have working for them!!!!! And to think, we were considering switching services from Xfinity to AT&T fiber. Hahaha!!

Zero stars for the Chicago South Loop location. Went there on 2 separate occasions and NEVER again. Lazy employees for lack of a better word. First time was to buy a TV mount and have it professionally installed. "Nick" said it was impossible to mount my 85 inch tv on a wall, and pointed me in the general direction of TV stands. Then he said they didn't have any stands for an 85 inch tv when I asked more questions. Basically said good luck finding something and that it was impossible. I then called another place, purchased a mount and had my "impossible" TV professionally mounted. A week later I went back (yes stupid me) to purchase a new laptop. I was looking at the new Microsoft surface pro (and was actually holding my laptop after Greek squad couldn't repair it). Geek squad let the computer dept know I was looking to purchase a replacement. They called 3- 4 times for someone to assist me but I just got the run around about locating an employee that could assist me for that department. I was a for sure purchaser, didn't have any questions and was just looking to purchase the latest version of what I had. Quick sale but they weren't able to find anyone to help, so after about 45 minutes of this, I walked out. I'm currently in route to another store (not Best Buy either!) to make my laptop purchase Worst customer service ever and I won't be back.

Review of BBC
Tonight 10th April there was an item about Asian abuse of women. It was not the reporting of the abuse I write about; that is well establshed despite the fact that it is only a small minority of that group that are commiting the abuse. It is however worth noting that all the people on the panel were men.It was the fact that the brave women who was to contribute to the programme and who had been abused said, when on screen, "I cannot hear you" The technician who was meant to connect her to the live screen could not make it work. If the BBC cannot make that simple process work, it is not fit for purpose.Fifty years ago I employed an EX-BBC secretary. I asked her "why did you come and work for me" and she said "I sat on my arse all day and now you give me something to do"The BBC is full of overpaid and underskilled people. Please forward to the BBC. Otherwise I will contact people who will sort them out.

extremely onerous to cancel to the point where it is impossible. No method to cancel online, when you try to cancel through their indicated method of dialing in, no one answers. You are placed on an infinite dial tone loop. DO NOT subscribe to these people. it's a joke.
Review of udacity
What Udacity calls mentors is actually a support team that copy-pastes answers to your questions. This is not made clear before enrolling. Course material is from 2019, full of typos and on top of that it was discontinued in my country due to payment issues -rushing students to finish before being kicked out. Also, content is largely focused on B2C products. Nothing is said about B2B solutions like SaaS or enterprise software where organizational dynamics, internal buy-in and product life-cycle are completely different. What’s the PM role in these scenarios? On a positive note, the best thing on the course is the curated links that point to excellent external material to go deeper into every topic.Commencement speech is on another level. The fact that the “Head of Curriculum” only focuses on posting achievements on social media rather than on what students learned during the course speaks for itself. Last but not least, after being acquired by Accenture the value of the “Udacity badge/certificate” will drop to zero as Udacity disappears as a brand. Great news for founders…not so much for alumni.

Review of shutterstock
Terrible service - bought 5 photos for $49 via PayPal and was billed twice via some obscure auto subscription option. Raised it with PayPal so Shutterstock locked the account. Paid the second $49 but can’t even download the second lot of 5 photos let alone get a refund. Total rip off - will never deal with them again and seriously considering cancelling PayPal as well.
