I had a frustrating experience with a booking - I reserved a stay for 1st to 2nd July, but the confirmation showed 30th June to 1st July. When I contacted the property, they said the dates I wanted weren’t available, I couldn’t cancel, and they couldn’t help due to their policy. It looked like a system glitch, but I was stuck.I then spoke to Booking.com support, but the first person didn’t seem to understand the issue. I received an email saying the incorrect dates would remain, which wasn’t helpful at all.Then I got through to Doni, and everything changed.She was calm, kind, and genuinely listened. In less than 10 minutes, she fixed the booking, changed it to the right dates, and saved me a ton of stress. I didn’t need to fight with the hotel or dispute the charge, just one smooth and professional conversation.If it weren’t for Doni, I would’ve seriously reconsidered using Booking.com again. But thanks to her, my trust is restored. Truly outstanding customer service. I hope her team knows how valuable she is!

No proper news coverage , no entertainment, no drama and a woeful, woke sports programme. Too many overpaid presenters and selling off buildings to build new ones, where is the sense? My honest experience was that as easy…

My honest experience was that as easy as it is to use Animoto, I found it very frustrating that every time I went to pick a theme or feature, there was an add on cost. I ended up just uploading new pictures and using the same theme as the previous year for a swim team slideshow. I wasn't too happy about that, but had to go with it. Also, the themes seem very dated and stale. I shouldn't do a slide show once a year and have it look completely the same. Or if my photos go 5 seconds over, I had to upgrade for a longer song. I don't take well to nickel and diming, yet I do not seem to fit the optimum client that you are looking for. Also just received the email about account information being compromised. I was not too happy about that. So...considering canceling my subscription.

They charge full amount without permission then offer refund which may or may not happen.

I wanted to cancel the subscription as the renewal had gone up almost 50% to £99.99. Customer support offered me £65 renewal to be taken immediately from my card. I said OK. The agent then said OOPS I pressed the wrong button you have been charged £109!!!! I was charged. He said you'll get a refund. BUT THE REFUND TAKES 4 DAYS if it happens of course. WHAT A SCAM!

During a pandemic, during great financial and economic uncertainty Hootsuite decided to charge my credit card without my authorisation to the value of £360.The customer service, the reviews, the swindling account activity has left me enraged. After signing up to the Free Trial, the day the trial ended I checked my online banking to discover £360 had been deducted from my credit card.Immediately I googled 'Hootsuite refund', I was saddened to discover that this had happened to many other individuals and that their refund policy was 'No-Refunds'Instantly I went to town on their emails, twitter, instagram and facebook and have managed to receive a re-fund.I'm completely astounded that Hootsuite has decided to function in such a clearly fraudulent way, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Inaccurate and misleading ranking of A1c at-home test kit information. Their ranking does not mention the fact that the majority of their top ranked A1c kits are not FDA approved. They promote laboratory developed tests (LDT). They promote one test as best overall. LDT tests are not approved to be used or marketed outside the laboratory where it was developed. Their top ranked test requires 600 ul of finger stick blood, 60 times the volume compared to A1c tests that require only 10ul. The ranking should be taken down from the site. It is very misleading to the consumer. Their ranking is not scientific as they claim. It was not developed by healthcare professionals in diabetes but rather their marketing team/or their sole opinion. We have attempted to contact the editor but have not received any response.

You deserve a zero star

If there was a zero star, I would give that CNN is not a fair reporting agency. They are very biased , they report fake news, lies that come out of the Israeli administration with no regard to any human life in Gaza if you want to be fair when you hoost one of the Israeli leaders you should also host the other side meaning a Palestinian to expose the lies that any Israeli leader you have on your screen is made of lies and nothing but lies. All their videos have been fake and you follow them and your report their fake news and that’s why you’re reporting is going down as a newsagency Myself and my family were avid watchers of CNN but not anymore. We choose different channels that really report on the news and not just carry on with fake news and whatever comes out of the fake Israeli Zionist mouth. You don’t see the destruction, the death the babies, the innocent civilians that are being killed by the Israelis yet you Support the claim of self-defense which everyone is sick of you do not defend yourself against babies in incubators you do not defend yourself against innocent civilians and stop claiming Hamas as the culprit here Israeli occupation for 75 years, torturing, arresting, children and women from all over the West Bank, which is under the Palestinian control, or so-called Palestinian control there every single day Killing, arresting, destroying the infrastructure of every city they go in but yet you don’t even report on that you just report on how Hamas attacked on October 7 most of the people that died on October 7 were military personnel and were killed by friendly fire they killed their own people. There were no beheaded babies and there were no woman raped so stop with your fake news. Be a little more responsible about your reporting because you are instilling hate in this country and that’s why you see attacks on innocent civilians in the United States You guys failed to report and show the real truth what’s the videos in the hostage exchange and tell me who has some compassion and humanity in them Israeli soldiers are venting families from celebrating their loved one being released from the Israeli detention, held hostage. shame on you . Still taking my money after account closure

After 'improvements' to their system in the spring of 2023, much of what I relied on to run my mailing campaigns no longer worked. Complaints were heard, but not acted on. It took a further six months or so until I had to the time to change my multiple lists to a different and hopefully better bulk email provider, during which time I continued to pay the monthly charge. I had asked for a discount to reflect the degraded level of service, but this was refused.Anyway, I finally transferred all my data out of the system and asked for the account to be closed. The system said this would be acted upon within one working day. Now, a week later, they have billed me the usual sum for the coming month.I was a client for around ten years, and would still be but for the 'improvements' that broke my business model. Aweber might be a good fit for many people still, but if they can't get a simple thing like closing an account right, it's not a good sign.

Excellent work

I have bought quite a few things on Wish and have never been disapointed. You get what you pay for (and sometimes better quality than you expect for the price). Delivery is always within the timeframe given unless a delivery can't be made, in which case Wish will automatically refund and apologize for inconvenience. All in all i can honestly say my experience has been so good I have recomeded to family and friends.

Great selection with a big problem

Great selection for the free membership. My issue comes with podcasts. I’ll be an hour into a podcast and it will randomly jump to a different episode or start at a different time. Very frustrating to say the least and I’m suppose to be enticed to pay for this service? If there were no issues like this, I would pay. This happens regularly.

I tried to contact Helpdesk after ( 40 minutes) giving all my details and pc details they told me i had to speak to a different department. No customer service at all - only a stupid robot

DropBox has absolutely NO customer service !Up until recently I simply loved Dropbox, and would recommend it to everyone. However, that is no longer the case. Recently Dropbox reset the password for one of my accounts, and now I cannot regain access to my account. Leaving a wide range of personal files and family photos out of reach - perhaps forever. Having now tried to contact customer service twice to explain my issue, I am repeatedly answered with a generic email with a bunch of links to places online which do not address my problem or solve it.So, if there is an actual person out there and not just a robot. And if Dropbox would like to keep me and my business as a happy client, then please get in touch with me and help me out. I estimate that this problem will take about 5 minutes so solve and it would mean the world to me. Regards from a disappointed client !
