Had nest heatlink two years and suddenly found the thermostat reporting it had no power which then turns out to be be due to heatlink dying. When your heatlink dies you get nothing: no heating no hot water. So you better have an immersion. But if it happens in winter you are going to be cold. Google support is good once you get through to a human which is not as easy as it should be. But they are all remote so all they can do is send you a new box (actually make you pay 200 quid for a new box and only refund when old one sent back). They say they will pay up to 100 for an electrician to install but it's up to you to find someone to do that and claim back. Is this experience worth 250? I would say not. A traditional controller may not be glamorous but its a lot cheaper and they don't go wrong so you do at least have heat and hot water as long as boiler is OK. Nest effectively puts a flimsy piece of technology into a core system of your home with no manual override if (when) the box dies. Working heating is important, searching for cat videos isn't. Google have much to learn from well established companies who make traditional controllers about reliability. Until then I don't think I want Google in charge of important infrastructure in my house. I have a replacement nest and I can't get a refund on the original purchase so I will try and find a way to have a Potterton or Honeywell wired up which I can flick to if and when the Nest dies again. But if that's not possible the Nest will be binned. A flashy screen and app aren't substitutes for a reliable heating system.

Sadly, I had to ust my AAA Services for a 2nd time in two weeks. This time, I had a senior moment and locked my keys in my truck. My AAA experience was excellent and will say again that the parties that respond on behalf of AAA are a huge asset to the Triple A brand. Thanks again

Uneducated Unethical Not willing to take responsibility for there actions. PCU Nursing Staff and Doctor James Blasko now in St marys Georgia. Cause slight nerve damage because they do not know how to treat IV Infiltration. When a patients arm blows up three times the normal size. You first remove IV line. You do not attempt to reinsert the same needle three more times into the same swollen arm missing the artery and let me continue to infiltrate for almost two more hours. If they screw up they cover up! Do not trust either of them.

I want to warn you about Asus Zen models, Asus sells them as premium computers, for premium prices, but my experience is horrible. The model that I bought does not start from sleeping mode. The computer is under warranty. At first the support claimed that the error was due to drivers. I kept reinstalling drivers and emailing the support for about a month. Then I demanded that they take the computer in for repair. In the end I was directed to some web pages with incomprehensible processes. I received instructions on how carefully I should pack the computer, while Asus disclaimed responsibility for any damage during transport. When I got through the process, I had to take time off for the whole day to be home and wait for FedEx to pick up the computer. I live in Stockholm, Sweden, and the computer was sent to the Netherlands. After some time I was told that the error could not be reproduced and the computer was sent back to me. Asus did not follow their own instructions on how to package the computer at all. Probably it wasn't that careful because I was the one who ran the risk of the computer being damaged. In principle, immediately after I received the computer, I could ascertain that the error remained.Receiving the computer from FedEx was not so easy either. In total, FedEx announced to me three different days that they will deliver. In other words, I had to stay at home and wait for FedEx for three days.Twice I sent the computer to support with the same result. The error remains. In total, I have had to manage 56 days without the computer. All during the warranty.I use the computer as a work tool, so for me it is difficult to manage without the computer, therefore I demanded that Asus replace me with a new computer.Asus refuses to do that and now claims that the error is due to the programs that I installed on the computer. But there are almost no programs installed on the computer because I use cloud services. It is clear to me that Asus warranty strategy is to turn everything into an obstacle, make it difficult and increase risks for consumers to claim their right if there is a fault with their products.Big warning for Asus as a company and specifically Asus Zen computers. For me? I'm done with Asus.
