Don’t book family flights with Emirates!

I booked a year ago for a family on a long haul flight. Now we’re all sitting separately and in middle seats on both legs - from UK to Dubai and then South Africa and back. So no matter if you book early, or are a family if you don’t pay extra, you get terrible seats and are separate. I have flown Emirates many times. This is my last trip with them. Food and drinks service was also very late and terrible quality. What a scam.

Brevo is a usefriendly plateform

Brevo is a usefriendly plateform which responds to simple and complex needs in marketing. In my specific case, I use it to send a newsletter to 900 users three or four times / year. Brevo let me create a nice iterface and perfectly responds to my needs and my newsletter is really appreciated.

On Tue, 31 Dec, wholesaler company booked courier co Parcelforce collection on Thu, 02 Jan 2025, did not collect. / Saturday, 25 January 2025 - Subject: Poor service from seller - delivered damaged packaging and damaged item - not collected and not refunded during past 27 days - During past 27 days, from Mon, 30 Dec 2024, to today Sat, 25 Jan 2025, the seller Eqinfun, China. has not collected damaged (defective) item from the customer and the seller has not refunded money to the customer. 16 webmail messages from customer to seller. 2 phone calls from customer to courier company Parcelforce (customer talked to 2 employees named Joanne and Rob, both of whom said that customer’s home address is not written in their electronic records for any of the 3 visit appointments on any date, for any collection service of 1 item, from customer’s home address). 2 phone calls from customer to Amazon “Customer Services” department. 4 webmail messages from Amazon “Customer Services” department to seller. Seller booked 3 visit appointments on 3 dates, to my home address in London, UK, by a courier company Parcelforce (that does not have my home address written in their electronic records), collection service of 1 (one) item, from my home address. However seller incorrectly requested collection service, from their seller’s business address in Cannock, UK.“XXXXXXXXXX

OpenTable scam text message scam

I have investigated this issue of OpenTable using a Premium Rate phone line to send booking details and ask for booking status conformations. You will be charged if you respond to their booking reminders or send the STOP to opt out of their reminder service. Open Table claim they don't get the fee but BT who charge me £0.13 per SMS Text, insist they pay the money to OpenTable. The Phone Paid Service Authority who are supposed to regulate this confirm OpenTable does use a premium rate line and should warn customers that they will be charged.

I shouldn’t have to pay for the seller/scammer who sent me the wrong item.This seems typical for AbeBooks. I’ll find a good deal there and find out it’s a probably intentional scam to sell the wrong edition at a higher price. This is the last time I use AbeBooks.

Deceptive Promotions and Terrible Customer Service with bait and switch tactics. Do Not Buy from LG.

I recently made a purchase from LG. com, expecting to receive all the promotions that were clearly advertised on their website, including a **Free Pedestal Drawer Deal** for each washer and dryer. The promotional banners were prominently displayed, and I was confident in my purchase. However, after receiving the items, I was shocked to find that the free pedestals were not included, nor were they installed as promised. . This turned out to be nothing more than a classic bait and switch.While I did receive the $100 off for buying a washer and dryer pair and the free installation, the pedestals simply never arrived. After contacting LG multiple times, I was given a ticket number (747371) but have yet to receive any follow-up. I’ve called four times, left three voice messages, and sent four emails, all with no response. The few times I managed to speak with a representative, the language barrier was a significant issue, and communication was incredibly difficult.It’s been extremely frustrating to deal with this situation. I feel completely ignored and scammed by LG. com. I was even supposed to speak with a supervisor, but that never happened. At this point, I’m not even sure if the ticket number is real.**Do not buy from LG. com. Their promotions are deceptive, and their customer service is non-existent. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you value honesty and support. Life is certainly not good when dealing with LG.
