It prompt and just one contact by phone or chat then it fix .I have a hiccups for everytime renewal my subscription due to my email changed or buy activate code and put in old email...I reported then support staff quickly find out then fix them smoothly although I just contact one time only.

It was automatically renewed and paid $180 for the personal annual subscription, the previous year was $80. They charge more than double just for the note. I asked for a refund immediately, but they refused it without explanation even though I requested it within 60 days.

I bought something from eBay by mistake and i asked the seller to cancel exactly 1 minute after and they cancel the order but charged me 104 from my account and never refunded me never answer me anymore and I contacted eBay costumer but they didn't not solve the problem and i lost my money bed experience

I sent my laptop in a month or two ago for repairs. Paid for everything. 2 main parts have been on backlog for months. I asked them to do a partial repair because I require the laptop back, I guess they didn't communicate that properly because now my repair is on backlog for a part that I'm not even paying for. I'm 500 dollars out on repairs, 2000 out on a laptop, and I can't even use the laptop. I sent it to them working but with multiple errors, they're going to send it back not working.. It's just pathetic, waste of money, waste of time. Unless you pay for warranty consistently and just get your system replaced every 2 or 3 years, it's not worth it at all.

I opened up a credit card account with this bank. I used the card for a month, and made sure I made my payment ahead of the due date. Capital One out the blue locked my account and told me that they needed to verify that I had open the account. I told them there hasn’t been any fraudulent activity and I did infact open the account. They told me to submit A ton of documentation that I deemed to be unnecessary. Whenever I call to verify my account they game me the run around. I then decided to cancel my account. I can’t work with a bank that’s unreliable and who doesn’t value the customer experience. ZERO STARS!!!

I won’t ever use Artsy again. I used their site to sell a high value piece in an auction from November. It took them 2 months to collect the item. They then hold it another 3-5 weeks before delivering. Then it’s even longer to get paid. I seriously haven’t been paid yet, even though the auction closed/payment for the item was received almost 16 weeks ago. Artsy seem to prolong every step of the process - this helps ensure the money remains in their bank account for the longest time possible. There are millions of dollars going into their cash flow each year, and they’re not paying most of it out for another half a year. It is beyond cheeky.

I was banned due to my account being hacked and used for spam. I immediately deleted all tweets after regaining control of the account. I got banned anyway and when I made an appeal I got an automated that my account would not be reinstated. I´ve since made countless appeals and always get the same awnser. It just shows that they´re not really about customer service at all. There is no way to get unbanned even if you´re guilty or not. They don´t even bother reviewing you´re case at all.Twitter´s customer service is the worst customer service I´ve had by far. I´ve gotten better customer service from sellers on AliExpress.
