Never got the parcel they said they delivered through postbox! They're forever leaving parcel with neighbours several doors down the the road when I'm in. They are the worst delivery company!

Annoyed… that I didn’t research OT on Trustpilot (although why would you - it’s the restaurant you’re more interested in, right?) before placing and subsequently cancelling a booking through them via a text. Just discovered two charges of 15p on my mobile bill for the privilege. It really isn’t the money (if I couldn’t afford 30p I probably shouldn’t be going out for dinner! Lol) - it’s the principle! Restaurants are not well-served by paying to use this booking system as it will only drive custom to competitors who don’t use them (eventually!). Steer clear of OT as a booking tool - contact the restaurant directly (using your inclusive minutes in your mobile phone package!) and speak to a human!

Absolutely predatory/intrusive company

Absolutely predatory company. They embed stupid/ intrusive settings like automatically open all downloaded pdfs in Adobe. Adobe isn't even my default pdf viewer and yet them have this intrusive setting, you need to dig through the settings to remove it. Horrible practice by a horrible company.

IT MIGHT TAKE A MIRACLE

I've been a fan of Lego since childhood, am a Free Minded Builder, and have amassed a decent collection of pieces through pick a brick as an adult, most of them since 2013. My problem is their current recurring problems with their pick and delivery system. Bad enough they've separated pick a brick into Bestseller and Standard pieces, and you get Bestseller pieces way before Standard pieces. But then, I can't track the Standard pieces order because it's all under the number of the Bestseller pieces. Then, to go from 28 business days for Standard pieces to 40 business days tells me something is seriously wrong in Denmark. WAY before Christmas I placed a pick a brick order, expecting it to arrive before Christmas, but alas, I didn't get it till well into January. Currently, I have yet to receive the Standard pieces from an order I placed on February 4th. Chances are I may not see it till the end of this month, or longer because customer service says they have no definitive date when I'll get the pieces. Said they're working problems out with new system. Then behind that one, I placed another order, (foolishly unaware of the huge delivery delay) and I believe I may not say that order until end of May or beginning of June, unless by some miracle they get their act together. I currently have a partial build, started last month in anticipation of timely receipt of February 4th order. I'm a little beside myself with frustration, but it won't stop me from ordering. This review stands a chance to be updated at a later date...4/4/2023 It's been 61 calendar days and 42 business days since I placed the order I FINALLY received today.

Buyer Beware read

I wish I could give no stars. Best Buy is the worst so I buy a star link today I’ve been shopping around for a couple weeks they had a good deal $499 for the set up so I bought it and also bought the membership for $50 because it covered me for 60 day return also price match. Well they did not disclose price match is for certain stores and guess what star link is not one so I got screwed. For those wondering I found out star link price because I was going to set it up and caught on there site they had it for $299 and good ole Best Buy will not price match so back it goes tomorrow I’ll be out my $50 for membership but I will guarantee I will never ever shop BB again and will be leaving bad reviews I am extremely mad about this Thank you BB

Van's Pig Stand in Norman has gone from good to worse to terrible. After waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes, I got home a 15-mile drive, to find they had left out the BBQ sauce and a pint of green beans. And over time the ribs are have gotten almost inedible.

Spotify's getting on my nerves

I'm paying for spotify premium and I've never had such a problem before. I'm using the option to create a shared playlist with my boyfriend and we put our songs there, share it with our friends and families aswell. Lately spotify decided that they will remove me from the playlist and make it private for some reason that they CAN'T EXPLAIN. The customer service is non existent and It seems like I'm talking to a bot. I can't use the stupid feature, that I've using for years and no one can fix or explain what happened.

I am a new customer and ordered a galaxy s23 plus on your shop samsung website. 2 days after the order, the price changed by $128.86. Even though I provided screen shots of the current promotion, you declined to refund the difference. As a new customer, I feel slighted by corporate greed. Not customer friendly. Lovely places but greedy.

The national trust provides wonderful spaces for all to enjoy. We visited Stourhead last Autumn and it was beautiful. We decided to keep our membership going during the peak of the Covid pandemic to do our part to help out. Since they've re opened, we've visited Stourhead again, which was lovely to see it in a completely different season, and we've managed to get to Lacock Abbey.Members or not, need to remember that due to social distancing rules and to keep guests safe, all tickets must be pre booked in advance. If you leave it to the last minute you won't get a ticket. Also there's no admittance on the day if you just turn up. Now for the missing 2 stars! In my opinion I think it is completely unfair for the NT to charge members the full rate on special events e.g. Christmas light show. As a kind gesture to loyal members, I think the least they can do is offer tickets at at least half price for all events. I feel the NT are being greedy and I'm not sure whether I'll be renewing my membership this year.

Awful, worst experience ever, do not buy online from HP

Awful, stressful, worst experience ever. HP does not care about the customer . Return process was horrible including their courier service ( star track) they use to collect the return item. Customer service is a joke… it’s the complete opposite with HP . I do not recommend and would warn people not to use their support line or buy anything from their online store . Be warned !!!!!! Very dissatisfied.
