Same with everyone else i did the free trial then was locked into the year or pay a large fee. But I found that if you change plan first then cancel, you can get around the fee. If you still haven't canceled your plan please try this first!!!

Jimdo has been "so so" till ......

Updated: this message was answered in a very defensive way without addressing the major issues discussed, suggesting that my message was not read at all or even copy/pasted from someone else defensive answer. More disappointing than having no answer at all, further reinforcing my points.Jimdo has been so so, not good not bad, for 5 years. Since then I have required very little or almost null Jimdo customer service as I entirely manage my website totally by myself. Sometimes I felt very disappointed about their customer service so I ended up not asking or requesting much from them as I always found a faster and more efficient way to handle the many unreported and unexpected issues I found by myself. Anyways, surprisingly, all of a sudden, the subscription price was shockingly increased by 100%(x2) (from 5$/month to 10$/month as of now), claiming that this price is justified in order to provide with market competitive prices. I found this a very dishonest practise that is common in some tech companies and, to my understanding, this should not be tolerated. I might understand a little increase for market reasons (even if I don't see a clear reason for this particular price rise as Jimdo has millions of customers already and I only can see this rise as they want to be even more richer than they already are) but, anyways, not such an abusive unjustified rise. I know someone, or even Jimdo, could argue: "well, if you are not happy with this rise, simply host your site in another company"; but if you were an expert on this matter, you will know that this is trouble making due to SEO positioning through the years and other many technical reasons, but this is not the place to discuss this. So, in summary, we Jimdo customers, are sort of forced to accept this super abusive rise to avoid colateral issues regarding our online businesses. It is very clear to me that Jimdo is taking advantage of this well-planned not so professional customer-attachment and taking advantage of their leading position capturing new digital marketers, offering good offers with lots of hidden profit-tricks behind, that will be released in a timely-engineered manner. To my understanding this unloyal practise should not be tolerated and probably punished or, at least, prohibited by law or, in the worst case scenario, no less than letting people know wha is behind the hidden text attached to their very tricky, dishonest and abusive Jimdo's contract.

You people are pure filth and garbage! My wife and I were watching Bill Maher this past Saturday evening (7/20/24) and the vile and filth that spewed from his mouth was totally inappropriate to be aired on live television!! The language was laced with motherf'er this and "f" that! You people have sunk into the sewers and your programming knows no depth of disgust. I really don't know if it will do any good, but I will report this to the FFC.

Agoda's Best Price Guarantee (BPG) is like the faeces that comes out from a male cow....It's Bullshit.Do yourself a favour, ignore loyalty, if you see the same hotel cheaper on a different website then book it...If you stick with your Agoda booking they will make some excuse about your claim, and take days to respond, by which time the competition website price will most likely have changed.Today is 25th April 2025 and I have a booking for July 9th 2025.Agoda's statement for refusing my claim."The BPG claim was submitted after 11:59 PM local time of the property on the day before your scheduled check-in date."

My Home's Rating is InaccurateSomehow my 2BR condo is rated $150K less than 1BR condos in my complex and $250K less than other 2BR condos that have recently sold. Our score was considerably higher before. It almost seems as though someone has deliberately downgraded our home although it has many more updates than the homes that have recently sold for a quarter of a million dollars more. I cannot sign into Zillow, it keeps telling me I am using the wrong password. I am told I will receive a link to change the password but it never I never receive it.

The help there, those who greet you, register you are wonderful, could not be more helpful. Trying to reach your doctor by phone or portal is completely impossible. I am in the middle of a crisis concerning a refill and have not heard from the doctor over 2 months. The situation is scary and no contact.

Is there a zero stars option?Booking made for a property in Birmingham (host Mariam Alvi under the name brightside properties). Had a message on the day of arrival saying it was booked in error. Requested refund. No replies and 2 weeks later now about to take further action. Vrbo customer service non existent. Utterly shit.
