No help from eBay

eBay is absolutely useless, fine if it all goes to plan although the automated postage is a ripoff and if you manage to find the one you want the never have the right weights listed. I had a parcel I sent damaged so refunded buyer. The buyer sent photos of damage but I can’t download pictures to show carrier the damage, also can’t send my email address to buyer so they can send photos to me direct. Seems eBay makes everything difficult, if I could find a better selling platform I would but I think there’s not a lot to choose between them.

The most pointless and unhelpful customer service chat I have ever experienced. Keep telling you to do the same thing over and over with no actual resolution. Love Zara clothes but their customer service is by far the WORST out there. SORT IT OUT ZARA!!

Wells Fargo will try and scam you out of money no matter who you are or how long y

I was banking with wells fargo since 2013 and a couple weeks ago I go wired 1,000 dollars and I saw the money hit my bank account. I did not think too much of it and I was supposed to get money from a financial aid refund around this time too. So I grabbed the 1,000 dollars and put it into savings. I get a call that night and wells fargo says that they are terminating my account because they believe that I was committing fraud. I was surprised so I went right into the wells fargo. They allowed 1,000 dollars from a mobile deposit and 2,500 dollars made from a direct deposit. It was not even signed by me. It went through in my account and both the money got added. They believed that I was the one that made the deposit. They told me that I was a fault and they did not even help me. I had to terminate my account and they we no help. It is another thing that WELLS FARGO does. They were no help. I go redirected 10 times and talked to 10 different people over the phone. They gave me empty promises and it is terrible that they continue to get away. Do not bank with WELLS FARGO. They are not there to help you bank they just want your money.

The worst Auto loan company that I’ve…

The worst Auto loan company that I’ve dealt with. As a Professional I like to communicate and call or have paperwork in hand for reasons justified by this situation. I requested a deferment for my August payment due to unforeseen consequences in my life. Was sent an approval form which I completed and followed directives. Signed dated and faxed. (Needed to be returned by 9/24/22. Kept the facsimile confirmation and paperwork. Called a week later to confirm was placed on hold. Was told too early to check called back several times through the course of the month. Now before I made my September payment I called again on 10/17/22 just to continue communication and to confirm my deferment was still,good. Spent 1.5 hours with Travis. He asked me to email the credit deferment department and attach pictures of the documentation I had (which btw was something I had originally asked to do with the deferment form on 9/15/22. I was told in August I couldn’t email the forms they had to be mailed or faxed but somehow now I could email this proof. Anyways I emailed the proof and they never followed up again. Called today because now I received a message from my credit score that it dropped 78 pts due to a missed payment. Was told today that I was 1 day late for October payment okay then why was a negative report placed on my credit report. The deferment department stated that becuz the date wasn’t clear and looked empty they just placed it into my folder. No emails or follow,ups just me calling and calling and trying to keep communication open. Travis was a great rep but there was only so much he could do. This vicious revolving door and red tape that this company takes no responsibility. I want my negative report to be removed ASAP. It’s not my fault that the deferment department cannot follow through.My dates of experiences with issues to follow up began on September 15 - October 19, 2022. I was the only one to pursue calls and proper flow of communication efforts.

THIEF. Website is crap. I placed an order and it automatically picked the wrong address. I tried to change it but won't allow me. Before I know it, order is placed, item delivered/not delivered to wrong address. No customer service as there is no number. But I am billed. Now they refuse to refund money. So basically, they trick you to steal your money. Thanks!

AARP takes money from both sides.

I have been an AARP member for more than 15 years but I cancelled today. They are being paid to endorse United Healthcare Medicare Advantage insurance plans. United Healthcare has been accused of repeatedly delaying and denying appropriate medical care. The latest issue is United Healthcare is accused of paying nursing homes bonuses to not send residents who have United Healthcare Medicare Advantage insurance plans to the hospital when an emergency arises. United Healthcare calls this APK, admissions per thousand. They penalize nursing homes who send too many people to the hospital and they reward with bonuses nursing homes who keep their hospital admissions or transfers low. This is a disgusting practice. I questioned AARP about this and AARP admitted they are paid to endorse United Healthcare and then they tried to distance themselves from the reputation of United Healthcare. In my opinion AARP is not putting seniors first, they appear to be chasing profits at the expense of seniors.

DO NOT use this service! Overcharged, lied to and a complete nightmare to deal with!!!

I was extremely unlucky with my new property to not have NBN available and as a result was forced to use Telstra as they are the only company that have ADSL connections available - trust me I looked around. They bungled the connection twice and I was connected over a week later than expected with nothing but unhelpful people on the phone providing rude service and complete apathy and pushing the blame back on me at every opportunity.Last month I called to set up a connection and the agent I spoke with promised me 50mbps ADSL 2 speed for $90/month which I thought was pretty good. Next thing I know the speed available is about 1/3 of that. It takes ages to basic things like send a 10 second video. Fast forward to today and I’ve received a bill of over $320 for my very first bill. What they didn’t mention once is that they double charged - $80 for a “technican appointment” and $90 for a “connection fee”. Excuse me? I’ve been connected with other internet providers before and never been charged such a thing - let alone twice over for something seemingly basic as a connection?? And if the technician connecting the modem was $80 they could have mentioned that at some point.It’s been nothing but headaches trying to reach them during the day as they make it nearly impossible via live chat (takes forever) and especially by phone. If you want to get anything resolved you’ll need to set aside a whole day as even attempting to troubleshoot my speeds took over 2.5 hours on live chat and still unresolved as i couldn’t afford to waste another evening on the matter. I’ll have to get around to it at some point but that will be a challenge I have to mentally prepare for. Long story short, once they have you on the hook, you’re in for nothing but strife and headaches and stress. Save yourself the trouble and try somewhere else if you can. This has been an utter nightmare and the stress and mental anguish has been never ending. They do not care about you as a customer whatsoever.

Instagram banned me 2 days ago for “integrity” basically meaning my account wasn’t authentic but it was literally me on the account. They also banned 2 of my friends and my little brother because they were “associated” with me which i think is ridiculous. Instagram literally needs to fix there ai bots or something and give everyones accounts back who didn’t violate the community guidelines. My instagram usernames were dallas2coldd and dallas_d1
