The worst Auto loan company that I’ve dealt with. As a Professional I like to communicate and call or have paperwork in hand for reasons justified by this situation. I requested a deferment for my August payment due to unforeseen consequences in my life. Was sent an approval form which I completed and followed directives. Signed dated and faxed. (Needed to be returned by 9/24/22. Kept the facsimile confirmation and paperwork. Called a week later to confirm was placed on hold. Was told too early to check called back several times through the course of the month. Now before I made my September payment I called again on 10/17/22 just to continue communication and to confirm my deferment was still,good. Spent 1.5 hours with Travis. He asked me to email the credit deferment department and attach pictures of the documentation I had (which btw was something I had originally asked to do with the deferment form on 9/15/22. I was told in August I couldn’t email the forms they had to be mailed or faxed but somehow now I could email this proof. Anyways I emailed the proof and they never followed up again. Called today because now I received a message from my credit score that it dropped 78 pts due to a missed payment. Was told today that I was 1 day late for October payment okay then why was a negative report placed on my credit report. The deferment department stated that becuz the date wasn’t clear and looked empty they just placed it into my folder. No emails or follow,ups just me calling and calling and trying to keep communication open. Travis was a great rep but there was only so much he could do. This vicious revolving door and red tape that this company takes no responsibility. I want my negative report to be removed ASAP. It’s not my fault that the deferment department cannot follow through.My dates of experiences with issues to follow up began on September 15 - October 19, 2022. I was the only one to pursue calls and proper flow of communication efforts.
