If there was an option to leave 0, I'm sure that their rating will be 0.1 stars. This is the greediest company of them all. Their games are broken, full of bugs and glitches, very poorly optimized for PC, but they still charge premium prices for it. Worst of all is the pay to win...they gaslight you into thinking that you are not good enough so you spend more money in game - this should be illegal. I really hope their games lose popularity and they bankrupt.

I am relatively new to AT&T, but I regret signing up with the company. I have to consistently call in to resolve the same issues repeatedly. I am not sure if their associates lack competence or not. I am getting sick and tired of having to re-verify documents and calling in to find out why my bill is significantly higher than expected. So far, I am not having a good experience and praying that a new phone service emerges so I can switch. I definitely don't want to go back to T-Mobile. Fingers crossed for a new emerge. Insurance used to be $10/$12 now it’s $17 per line? No!

Honestly they are way too expensive (I’m talking about the lite plan) and on top of that you have to pay even more if: 1. you use the tool beyond the limit they set, 2. you want to use some specific features you can only use on a premium plan.Also, customer service is awful, they can’t never fix anything for you. I asked them to correct some of my invoices and I explained to them how important that was for tax purposes. They told me they had to talk with the billing department and that they would reach out within 24 working hours. Well, they ghosted me. Awful service. I just cancelled my subscription, this is fraud.I’m using another tool for keyword research, which is cheaper and much better by the way.Don’t waste your money with these con artists.

The website is buggy, the quizzes are low effort, and the courses are either nonsensical, too hard, or just time consuming to the point of madness.

Had credit cards with them for 6 years and I can truely say, they're quick, efficient, friendly and I always come off the phone with them feeling great.
