I am relatively new to AT&T

I am relatively new to AT&T, but I regret signing up with the company. I have to consistently call in to resolve the same issues repeatedly. I am not sure if their associates lack competence or not. I am getting sick and tired of having to re-verify documents and calling in to find out why my bill is significantly higher than expected. So far, I am not having a good experience and praying that a new phone service emerges so I can switch. I definitely don't want to go back to T-Mobile. Fingers crossed for a new emerge. Insurance used to be $10/$12 now it’s $17 per line? No!
