I ordered from Kroger’s on line…

I ordered from Kroger’s on line shopping website and Instacart has there employees come out and pick and deliver your order once they are finished. Once I received my order from the Instacart women named KALIA.B I noticed some of my food was missing so I brought up my Receipt and my total POPPED up it said I was Charged 524 dollars on my credit card, for what reason I have no clue cause my non-food items only came up 40 dollars. So I reviewed everything over and then I called Krogers and Instacart right away and went off on Both parties. Both parties acting like they don't know how this even happened and told me that they would let her shop for any more. I replied shop for me any more I'm calling the Police to make a report about this and Kalia.B will be arrested for what she did, if she did it to me she'll do it again. This is for everyone out there that uses Instacart plz watch who picks for you so your not robbed like I was, I'm putting her name out there for a reason. 1) for people to make sure this person doesn't shop for you. 2) I hope she reads this that way she knows I've exposed her name and what she has done and to know I'm coming for her to watch out cause the police are looking for you. Instacart did nothing to this person, that is why I'm letting everyone know who's read these to plz becarful cause it may not be only her that is doing this to people.

Abseits der Standardfunktionen sehr Fehleranfällig

Die Standardfunktionen funktionieren grundsätzlich super, geht es allerdings darüber hinaus (PDF's verschicken, Zahlungen akzeptieren, Gutscheine einlösen...) kommen sehr schnell viele Bugs auf. Der Support antwortet zwar schnell, aber Lösung wird keine gefunden, ich bin mir nicht mal sicher ob danach gesucht wird. Ich habe mittlerweile !!!7!!! offene Threads (zum Teil seit 4 Monaten offen) ohne Lösung. Ich bekomme nur eine Standardantwort "danke für ihre Geduld" "unsere Entwickler arbeiten daran", blablabla...Ich war anfangs erstaunt, wie viele tolle Features es gibt, mittlerweile bin ich aber der Meinung besser wenige Features anbieten die funktionieren, anstatt unzählige Möglichkeiten entwickeln die nicht funktionieren.Update: Nachdem ich keine Antwort auf das Kommentar von Jotform abgeben kann füge ich diese hier hinzu: NEVER have I asked for a new feature, just for the existing features to work - if you ask me that's something essential before publishing a feature. We get empty PDF's after submitting, the coupons in our shop are not working, payment does not work for all payment providers, the stock counting does not work, taxes do not work in the new Store-App.... these are not features I requested, THESE ARE FUNCTIONALITIES JOTFORM OFFERS BUT ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL!And the worst is - the support doesn't even seem to care, they are just Copy Pasting their Standard Answer for every message you send them!And just FIY I dont have one ticket I am waiting for I have MULTIPLE tickets without a solution!And I totally see that you don't have a trend for PDF's and payment integration - why would anyone use something that's not working at all!So here one last try to get an answer by sending you my ticket numberes, in the order of priority for me: 4353467, 4230969, 4119595, 4026306 (these are just the open threads I didn't find a workaround yet)If you are really interested in a solution, don't bother me with your standard answers again, please read my problem carefully first and send me a solution.

Not impressed

Done the trial then cancelled. some of videos I transferred via DropBox had been corrupted and I realised this after deleting the videos. I then tried it with other videos which seemed corrupted again though worked fine on my mobile. Even though I cancelled following this, they emailed to say I have to renew. Not impressed at all.

Absolutely great products and even better support! I have been using Postcards for a year now, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the product and the amazing support staff. All of my questions have been answered punctually and Postcards is easy to use, making HTML newsletters more fun and engaging!

I have been with American Express since 2015

I have been with American Express since 2015 and I recently applied for personal loan and seems like the customer service reps and the company are playing games to process my application just because I had a pre-approved loan for a low interest rate and they were not willing to process the application. I had to call them 10-20 times and the rude customer reps even hung up the calls when I was asking them the reason for cancellation g my application.

I used Atlas Aboriculture to take down my 40 foot Eucalyptus tree which was sadly killed by last year's frost. They were great to deal with from the first site visit, giving a quote and getting the job done quickly and so efficiently. Steve and Ben left my garden and driveway looking ceaner than they had been. They worked solidly and kindly dropped the logs off at my daughter's. I could not recommend them more highly.

Don't use VRBO

Don't use VRBO, their customer service is ineffectual/awful.The villa we rented was not as depicted in the pictures, kitchen was broken, bath was rusty,bare electical wiring, severe cracks in most internal walls, mouldy shower curtains the list goes on and VRBO have failed to help resolve. They constantly say take it up with the host, and the host is in denial, but VRBO won't step inI'm now having to go down the credit card "Charge Back" route

IKEA -Awful Customer Service

I bought a dresser online 7/29/24 and it was delivered damaged so I called immediately and took pictures. We are now at 9/24/24, so right at 2 months and I am still dealing with trying to be refunded for this dresser. They give you the run around by taking the same information over and over on every call and then tell you it has to be escalated to a higher tier to approve a discount. It went weeks with no response to be told that they would only offer 35%. Even though i didn’t agree because i felt the damage and my time spent dealing with them warranted more than 35% I went ahead and accepted the offer which was sent to me via email. I called to confirm I would accept the discount and again all my info was taken again and I was told it would be 3-5 days and I would see the refund…. Well that didn’t happen. I got an email on 9/4/24 saying they couldn’t reach me by the number I gave them (untrue) because it’s the number I call from and verify everytime I call them. So I Made another call today and explained the entire story again to be put on hold for 20 min so Anupoim the person helping me could ask if the refund could be put on my debit card ( that was not what he was doing, I can assure you that) he comes back and and just says OK and I say ok what? What’s happening, because he never verified the card, never said when to expect the refund, and when I asked he said “you just wait” I had to ask how he was planning on refunding my money and when. So I’ve been told again 3-5 business days.. I have no trust in this happening because it’s been 2 months of dealing with them and over 15 calls to them and nothing has happened at this point in time. They have awful customer service and follow through. I will never order online from them again because this is the run around you get if you receive an item that’s damaged. Then if you want to return it they want you to disassemble and put back in their boxes.. that’s a joke because it’s been 2 months those boxes long gone in the trash. Not to mention my time to disassemble the product. IKEA does not value the customer experience nor do they want to really make it right for the customer, in fact they use every tactic to try not make it right by making the process as long and complicated as possible. BEWARE IKEA IS NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Google managed to take a reasonable model trained on what must be one of the world's largest knowledge repositories and dumb it down to the point that it is useless. For the company that acquired DeepMind, this is very disappointing.

Bp rewards card lost all the points I've earned over the past 4 months and they don't care at all! Have now changed my fleet fuel cards over to Shell so they have lost on average 25k of business per year for the sake of £60 :)) You can't teach stupid !!

ActiveCampaign has lost its way

ActiveCampaign has lost its way with customer experience. Next to impossible to get through to a person, increases in price year after year without adequate communication, and removing features from packages to move them into higher tier packages without any type of communication, agreement, let alone price concession. This is absolutely unacceptable when a subscriptions model is in place. Allowing a company to auto-bill has become common place today, but the only reason a consumer would do this is with a clear understanding of what they’ll receive in the exchange. My personal experience over the last 5 years is that ActiveCampaign has forgotten it’s a privilege to auto-bill. I’ve moved my business elsewhere due to the issues above.

Activecampaign is great for housing leads!

Activecampaign is great for housing leads, and tracking the campaigns and notes for each lead. Easy to connect to other platforms (typeform, stripe). I would appreciate more reporting on specific salespeople, so i can monitor how many leads are contacted etc.
