Review of routledge
I've ordered from Routledge several times and every time I place an order with 2 or more books, one will almost always get lost or take forever to arrive. I recently ordered 3 books back in late November 2023 but one never arrived or even shipped. I contacted customer service (who respond very slowly) who then had to contact other departments so I didn't receive an answer for an entire week! Book then shipped days after that. However, they didn't even give me a tracking number so was impossible to know where my book was.The customer service is a joke and their shipping is the worst I've ever experienced. Even when a representative "fixes" your issues, another one arises or the same problem just occurs again. I expected top-quality customer service since Routledge loves to overprice their books and claim to be a reputable academic resource. I've had better experiences with independent sellers on Ebay shipping their books in dirty boxes with no padding. At least those books actually arrive and have a tracking number! I'll no longer buy books from Routledge and I'm actually doing my wallet a favor atop of that. Good riddance.

It comes as no surprise to find Duolingo has such a bad review history _ In my experience over the last two years_ it really feels as though the app / website features are suffering from a steady decline in their usefulness At the beginning_ two years ago_ before starting on a set of lessons it was possible to click a button at the top to read 'grammar tips' & 'key phrases' _ Although the key phrases are visible_ the grammar tips which are still advertised in each lesson heading_ are no longer actually available _ and contacting Duolingo about the missing grammar tips results in nothing more than an automated response_ compared to two years ago when queries received a human reply Automation is everywhere these days_ we all know this _ But when there are multiple errors to the audio test questions (even when I've asked native speakers to try them and who have also failed these tests) Duolingo's automated system repeats the same audio test question over and over again _ which means it's impossible to complete the whole lesson_ except by deleting your previous answers and moving on with the lesson not completedObviously deleting your lesson progress is unhelpful and very discouraging _ But sadly_ once again_ there is no longer anything more than an automated response from Duolingo about these failures I could go on... and all my complaints about Duolingo are evidence-based _ At the end of the day my only suggestion is that this automated learning system is degrading in its usefulness and gradually failing_ which is very unfortunate Based on my experience over an extended period_ I have concluded that trying to continue learning a language via Duolingo is a waste of my time and even a waste of my money when I invested in Duolingo Plus (in the hope that this might improve the system's performance or at least generate more than an automated response) I'm going to find another way to learn a language _ Without hesitation I'd advise anyone reading this review to do the same

I have wrote 10 times to the customer support with no answer. I have a problem with a glitch with IOS. I paid for a years Super Subscription and I was robbed, I expected more than this from an app supported by the App Store. This outfit has no customer service just money grabbers

My husband’s account was hacked into and charges made to our UK account for services in Australia and NZ. After several attempts to get in contact with Zoom support, their replies showed that they had not even read our comments, let alone tried to do anything about reversing the fraudulent transactions on our account. Absolutely terrible service. We are closing our account immediately.

I'm sure that I messed up my password, I think... I tried to reset it and apparently failed. The next option was to reset the account to my previous password with the understanding that I would lose all data from that point. That didn't work for me. either so I opted for the reset the account with my last password which meant everything would be lost and I would have to re-enter all of my data from that point in time.The worst thing was the lack of communication. Customer Support would send me a message after Midnight and then go dormant for 24 hrs. The Process started with a request from me on 2/17with me giving up on 3/1. I asked repeatedly for someone to call me with no response!I give up!

Complete scammers and data thievesHorrific experience - they email you every few day saying you are not tracking sending data (which I'm sure now is just their tactic to not pay as I have all their software installed and running).They even CANCEL gift cards after they have paid you! How is that not illegal!?Horrid rude unhelpful customer support - if you email them they just ban you!!!Nielsen is MUCH better (but pay less - but they actually do pay and are ethical unlike this bunch!)

It's IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone to talk to in order to help resolve a problem. Not only do they not allow you to call, but you can't even send an email anywhere for support. So I'm pretty much just stuck with my unresolved issues. Extremely frustrating! You'd think a company this big would offer some kind of support other than the "help links".
