Title: Worst Customer Service - No Response in Emergency SituationsReview:I had a terrible experience with Booking.com during an emergency. When an urgent issue arose, I attempted to contact them multiple times, but they completely ignored my requests. Their advertised partner couldn't help either, and when I escalated the problem, Booking.com failed to respond within the promised 48 hours, or even 5 days later. I sent over 10 requests and still received no assistance. They do not take responsibility and are completely unreliable in emergencies.

Ordered a Ring doorbell from Amazon but received a box of hair dye. Amazon told me to return hair dye and sent correct item but have now charged me for a ring doorbell saying I didn’t return it ( err I returned the hair dye because they sent incorrect item) Despite numerous promises to rectify Amazon have not returned my money! Shocking service, feel victim of fraud by a large corporation. All customer services associates said they would help, said they’d issued refund but when checked in again… refund hadn’t been actioned.

Never buy anything from their online store. It's been almost a month and I still don't even have a tracking number. Every time I contact their customer service, they just apologise and say that I have to wait. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

So, I receive renewal notices months prior to renewal and in the Autumn of 2022, changed my Livesafe to 3 devices, not 5. Then I receive countless emails, a lot stating that my Livesafe is expiring, when I only made a change. I ring them it took perhaps 45 minutes, finally they said that the could stop the emails as it related to my old account. I still get those emails, made an official complaint on the phone. zero out of 5 for customer service though the product is good.

Minus-1 stars for Kickstarter.I'll add my voice behind all the others warning people to stay away from Kickstarter. Backed the Lumin-8 LED tube project there, and although I luckily managed to get my money returned via a credit card charge-back, KS were completely useless in investigating this clear scam on their site. Lumin-8 have run a $700,000 scam here, and KS are supporting them in it by taking their 5% fee. KS don't give a toss about backers. I've closed my account and would never advice anyone to use the site.
