When an urgent issue arose, I attempted to contact them multiple times, but they completely ignored my requests. Their advertised partner couldn't help either, and when I escalated the problem, Booking.com failed to respond within the promised 48 hours, or even 5 days later. I sent over 10 requests and still received no assistance. They do not take responsibility and are completely unreliable in emergencies.
