Used to like ASOS now I will no longer be using it. I was sent the wrong item in my order and now left to sort it out as if it was my problem, they refused to help as it was from their 3rd party supplier. I had another query about my return which the customer service agent failed to understand and failed to answer my question. No contact details made available to the customer and I was told my case was with the escalation team and they would be in touch - they have not been. I asked how to make a complaint and they refused to answer and did not provide contact details to do so.

Non-existent customer service and an utterly unreliable website. This is the third instance where they have not let us cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing the order which means we will pay extra to return the order.I am specially annoyed this time because they have also double charged me because of tech. error.What makes things worse with uniqlo is that there is no customer support helpline. There is no one to call and the online chat never works (waiting since last 4 hours for someone to be assigned)

Never met a platform with so manu errors, bugs and server problems. Worst of all is the lack of support. I was wainting in cue for 30 minutes. When the chat operator came into the chat,he directly closed the chat without any comments or notices. Imade many attempts to reach support. None of the 5 have been answered. I made 20 screenshots with details of all the problems I encountered. Not a kick. So you could do a lot better with a Wordpress website, Joomla or other CMS to build your website and have full controll.

My Facebook account was deactivated because of something on a page I was involved in.They banned my oculus account, my kids can no longer play their games.They won't refund me for the games nor transfer them to another account.Literally £200 peed up the wall.Don't get one of these. They are absolute jokers. When you contact support you are put through to another country that is no help.I hope this company goes bust. We currently have a business plan and have 20 units in our office.We are switching to Valve headset now.Goodbye oculus and your rubbish parent company.

I bought xiaomi black shark 3 and was surprise that the after only 3days use i observe that the battery life will only last for 1day in normal use and not with heavy talk time. I return to service center and what they did was just also observe the unit and doesnt have any tools to tests the parts are still within the specifications,I did ask the technician if the 1 day battery life of black shark 3 is within the normal specifications of xiaomi and he said yes.I dont beleive that because before i buy the product ive red that battery life of black shark 3 will lasts longer since its trademark was a "gaming phone" so i was thinking since i am not a gaming user it will add more on my black shark 3 battery life.Who can tell me now the true specification of black shark 3 if xiaomi itself doesnt know it???

Nothing wrong with the app but signed up for a free trial on the promise that they would contact me 2 days before the renewal. Of course they didn’t, just not expecting to be scammed by such an established brand. Seems like everyone is out to rip you off these days ☹️

Another online scam.Do not under any circumstances try the free trial, if you do, they will help themselves to a subscription.I took out the free weeks trial and boom, 69£ came out of my bank. There is no such thing as a free trial it's a scam, be warned.

I used to be a dashpass member but now I’m done wasting my money on bad service! The food I ordered was delivered raw. The ribs and the chicken were unedible and doordash refused to apologize, to even reprimand the restaurant, or issue refund or credits! Terrible company!
