Non-existent customer service and an utterly unreliable website. This is the third instance where they have not let us cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing the order which means we will pay extra to return the order.I am specially annoyed this time because they have also double charged me because of tech. error.What makes things worse with uniqlo is that there is no customer support helpline. There is no one to call and the online chat never works (waiting since last 4 hours for someone to be assigned)
