Ordered GoPro 12, 4 days before my holiday. I paid £20 for express delivery - should arrive 2 days before my holiday and today I received e-mail from ups that they missed aircraft and my parcel is delayed and I won’t received before my holiday . Tried to contact GoPro but they are useless. Next time I will buy from curry’s - same price and I can collect in person at any time

If I could give zero stars to Yelp, I would definitely give them that many stars. The worst thing about yelp is people can write reviews about companies even if they’ve never even used the company services. Great example is that I had some personal work done in my house from a plumber. He screwed up the job but collected $450 from us. He wouldn’t come back to fix the problem and wouldn’t give us our money back. I did a review on the person. I gave him one star and explained the whole story why I gave him a one star.After I gave him the one star, he was able to put a negative review about my company. However, he has never been seen in our office or used our services. I called yelp and they told me they can’t do anything about it. I explained the situation to yelp, telling them that this person had never even visited our company or used our services. They told me that nothing can be done. I think yelp should be out of business because they are not promoting services or promoting fair and ethical standards of business it is a shame that they are allowed to be in business.

I have had issues with UPS plenty of times in the past and this was the last straw. I have missed the delivery 3 times because they always delivered the package with 3-5 hours delay and the customers cannot stay home all day long waiting for them. I told them to take it to a drop off point but they ignored me and everyone I talked to from Customer service was very rude and not helpful at all. On the 4th try they said that they will deliver it to a drop off point finally but it wasn't there. Communication and service makes it extremely difficult. From now on I will also avoid companies that deliver through UPS unfortunately.

Not one to usually bother leaving reviews but Logitech is appalling. Ordered a mouse and keyboard, 26/09/24 and paid for premium delivery. Totalling over £100. Keyboard was delivered within 2 days but Mouse is nowhere to be seen, had 0 updates and the customer service is appalling. Spoke to a sales team who shrugged the issue off and said it’s not their issue, said they’d put me through to the right department yet had no news. Will not be buying from Logitech ever again. Di not recommend at all

Buggy with non-existent customer service. Shockingly bad for such a large and established company.An open support ticket has been ignored for a week and counting. Multiple messages to the support email address have gone unanswered. The chatbot can provide no support, nor refer me to a human chat option. They are referring me to a paid phone service.I have an account issue that should be very basic and easy to solve by someone within Yahoo, however is not something I can self-service.
