Buggy with non-existent customer service. Shockingly bad for such a large and established company.An open support ticket has been ignored for a week and counting. Multiple messages to the support email address have gone unanswered. The chatbot can provide no support, nor refer me to a human chat option. They are referring me to a paid phone service.I have an account issue that should be very basic and easy to solve by someone within Yahoo, however is not something I can self-service.
