STAY WELL CLEAR!I trialed this and it was not for me and tried to unsubscribe. They have made it impossible to unsubscribe and then impossible to contact them. I've been unable to get any response from them and now they've taken £360. I've been trying for weeks to get a response. It's a classic example of the a corporate creating smokescreens, mirrors and obstacles to lock you into a contract you can't get out of. Avoid unless you are absolutely sure you want to pay for it!

Lack of legal knowledge from the employees regarding fully vaccinated people travelling to UK from green countries!Disappointing& and embarrassing!My husband was called and asked to isolate for 10 days and take three covid 19tests after arrival although he explained he has the vaccine certificate and QD code.Furthermore he was visited by an NHS agent to verify the proof which he thought it was not genuine??? In what grounds of expertise I wondered? That’s was a serious offence.”Then he advices again on quarantine.Next day a Security agent has visited to check if my husband is isolating again and to say to stay at home for the next five days .I wonder what next?It is very annoying to see how many people are paid from our tax money to follow wrong orders and take ridiculous and useless actions!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Spotify. I had paid for my subscription in advance using a gift card, expecting to enjoy uninterrupted service for the full period. However, Spotify suddenly changed my subscription and ended it prematurely without any valid explanation or warning or info.When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue it was completely pointless. The support team was unhelpful and did not offer any real solution or compensation. It seems impossible to reach anyone who can actually help and my complaint was simply ignored.I feel cheated out of the service I paid for and the lack of proper customer support only made things worse. I cannot recommend Spotify to anyone after this experience.

I am Platinum Card holder, had Amex for 20 years always pay off balance in full . Received statement with interest charge assessed, it turned out I paid inadvertently $26 short of 5k plus balance and was assessed $83 ! It feels like a border line of scam. Spoke with customer service to resolve this issue, got nowhere . No big deal I paid the interest and looking to switch to other Elite card provider. Amex has no appreciation to their premium card holders. I would not recommend based on my recent experience, very surprised by Amex treatment. I can only imagine if I got real issue to dispute what that's going to be like. Golden customer service Amex used have went down the drain.
