Honest review

To be very honest I was not sure about any of the rewards but after writing a review on G2 it took only 3 days to get the reward. And they are giving us the option to select the gift card itself. Here you can easily share your experiences of all the softwares which we all are using in our respective organizations.

In December 2023, I went to one of AT&T stores to purchase a product to expand wifi coverage for my cellphone when hiking in the mountains, and after 1.5 hours, I realized that the product's function was misrepresented by the salesperson. Immediately, I returned the product, before leaving the store, but I had no idea that the cancellation of the contract was not completed by that person who i trust to do the right thing. TERMINATE THE WHOLE CONTRACT. This caused AT&T to bill me through auto-pay. The following month, I noticed my bank statement and immediately refuted the claim with my bank. The bank reversed the charge, but after a month of investigating the claim they reversed their decision and debited my account for the amount. AT&T sent to them, a copy of the signed contract. The salesperson refined my money for the sale but did not cancel the contract. After hundreds of calls (10 months) I was told so many stories stating that they refunded me, we mailed you a check, and we mailed you a debit card. None of this was true. After more than 5 3-way calls with my bank, they always said the same thing, The money was never refunded." As of this day (01/31/25), AT&T refused to refund my money. I'm not walking away from my money. This week never go away. You guys are crooks. If it were us customers, AT&T would send us to collection. Time to really take action. To everyone reading this.... this company is very dishonest.

Amazon is making the most money it ever did, yet ...

So Amazon is following in the footsteps of other big companies and starting to provide less and less for more and more money. Just one year ago, there was no Prime shipping on orders "expected" to be shipped in about four to six months from the order date. Most of the other Prime deliveries were changed to take approximately three to four days instead of the next-day/maximum two-day delivery window they provided in the past. Now everything takes about one or two days longer for no apparent reason whatsoever. We do pay for your Prime service as per our agreement, so why don't we get our perks as per the agreement? If you want to reduce the perks and services, you need to reduce the price too!!!Amazon is making more money than ever, yet they resort to these underhanded money grabs. I no longer see the convenience and low prices in Amazon. I'm starting to miss making purchases in stores and taking my products home the moment I pay for them.Just from my very last experience that never happened before in my 6 years buying most of the things from amazon: Ordered a pc case that was Black Friday deal, it was 18% claimed when I added it to my shopping cart and payed for it immediately, this morning i got a message that it is no longer available from the seller i chose ( i didn't chose nothing, the item was offered to me by Amazon as Black Friday deal and Prime delivery so i bought it) So they asked me to reorder from someone else, the price is double now for the same item!! Very shady, very disappointed. Will think five times before ordering anything from Amazon going forward.

Useless, incompetent, and never again

I ordered an item on Jan 03 2021, 4 month later it still not here.The keep postponing delivery month after month and can't come out with a delivery date.Customer service claims that the delay is from the manufacturer but every other retailer has the item in stock and deliver immediately.Last claim by customer service was that the delivery would be in 16th calendar week. Well, 16th calendar week is over and when I checked my ordered it was postponed for another month. Obviously I should have cancelled the order and go with other retailer but because I waited too long the price is up everywhere.So either they are trying to make me cancel the order so that they can offer the item in higher prices or they are just have no idea how to run an e-commerce business.I tried over and over with customer service to at least give me a date that they can guarantee for delivery but they are incompetent.

Never again!

I waited over 3 weeks for my order. I chose the set that, according to the information on the website, was to be delivered at a specific time. Unfortunately it wasn't, it came a few days later. It was supposed to be a gift for my son's first birthday, and I had to buy him something else, which made me double the cost. It is impossible to contact customer service. The telephone and chat are not working because employees are too busy and emails are not answered. After shipping, the parcel was supposed to be delivered within 2 working days, but it took 5 days. This is the worst online shopping experience and customer service I have had so far.

Who are they?

Hi people. I've just received my first letter from this "company", stating that they've written to me twice already and I have a month to pay them £40 or else.....Or else what? A potential fine of £4000. For data protection? I have about 3 clients a year who ask me to carry out large-scale home improvement for them. Obviously they give me their emails so i can give them quotes and invoices and their home addresses so I can carryout the work. Why do I need to pay a company I've never heard of 40 quid by threat of large fine for this? I'm flabbergasted and will not be paying them a penny!!

Complain against Oder id : OD 109958692143467000Want to keep you informed that I have purchased Levnovo Phab 2 plus from flipkart last week.I have paid the money online. When I have received the phone I found that its not working properly and its getting hanged every now and then. I have put a return request and later on one phone mechanic came to my house (His number is 918478918989/919477273586) and he informed me that there is a problem with the phone and that need to be sort it out. I am attaching the slip which that mechanic asked me to sign along with the photograph of that mechanic. If you check the slip its clearly mentioned there is some problem with the phone.Later on when I have called flipkart they have said they can not process the return neither they are ready to give refund and asked me to contact Lenovo service center. I have asked that there is a problem with the phone flipkart have to look into this but the customer care executive named Mr. Subham informed me that they can not help me any more because the phone mechanic has informed flipkart that the phone is working fine and customer is happy. I am a old customer of flipkart but I never thought flipkart will treat me like this way after paying the money where I have all the substantial proof.

Amazing company in general, I have been using Gold Amex for few weeks now and it’s been amazing, with amazing customer support in general.Update. 7 months later with several more credit cards added to my wallet such as the Platinum, Hilton Surpass and expanding into their business credit cards they have been nothing but amazing, security wise and in customer support nothing tops Amex at this moment.

VRBO is Unreliable – High Fees & No Payment Even After Months!

I listed my property on VRBO in October 2024, and after two months, I received only two bookings. First of all, their fees were outrageously high, so as a host, I ended up losing money on both reservations.Both of my bookings were in December 2024, and yet, as of January 31, 2025, I have not received a single penny from them. I have contacted customer service numerous times, and every time, a different agent assured me that my case had been escalated—yet nothing has been resolved.In my opinion, VRBO is the worst platform for listing a property. Their hosting fees are excessive, and they are neither honest nor efficient. Failing to pay their hosts is simply unacceptable.
