I was struggling to authenticate my domain, and it was not straightforward because my domain uses Google Workspace. Denise, via chat, walked me through the process and waited while I completed the DNS changes. Then she verified that I had done it properly. A+ service.

Review of wayfair
That was a horrible experience. They do not let us know in advance that is a third party delivery company. Fedex set a delivery date to Sunday I leave in a condo and as like most condo cannot deliver on weekend, Wayfair told me that I had to deal direct with them and gave me a number. That number did not give me an option to reschedule or to speak with/a human being. When I called the next day my bed was already in the truck and would be delivered in that day nobody told me and of course did not have anyone at home and they left the huge package downstairs and I have to bring up to my apt myself. They set up the assembly for the next Monday. Nobody should up and I missed a day of work. I had to call them to find out what happened and set another date. Wayfair is okay to purchase small items but never a big items like furniture. They are NOT responsible for anything and they do not care.

I wish there was less than one star. I paid off my entire balance in May before the due date and spoke to a representative to close my account. I made the payment online through my established bank account in the 28th. They said it didn’t go through til the 29th so they charged me interest for the month of May. Never has any card ever charged me any fees AFTER I paid claiming any kind of lapse between when I make the payment and they accept it. I think they just wanted one last $50. I spoke to customer service which kept referring me to credit services which kept referring me to customer service, endless loop. Even though the guy made no sense, he was completely combative. I was not allowed to speak to a manager. Just an endless loop of agents with a strong accent and poor connection that kept referring me somewhere else. Will never use them again.

I've been to Moffats Carpets in Bangor twice for caravan carpet and the fitters were great. I went back again stair and landing carpet and kitchen vinyl and was not disappointed. Great quality and great fitters. Would really recommend this business

Review of autodesk
Auto subscription was on and they sent receipt of payment taken then 3 days later got an email confirming a refund saying bank stopped the payment. However in reviewing & speaking to the bank they confirmed payment was never taken in the first place. Now when I am trying to make payment to rebuy the program its blaming the bank yet tried many different options. For urgent enquiries was given an email however I am still waiting from Friday for an answer obviously not very urgent service. Clearly shows there system and customer service is lacking
Review of asos
Poor customer service and inflexible returns. ASOS quality has gone downhill in both the clothing items and the customer service, which is completely rigid. I ONE day late with a return after as significant family emergency (close family member in intensive care for a two week period) and ASOS were completely unwilling to make a concession. I understand the need for policies, however there will always be times when customers are affected by events out with their control. John Lewis on the other hand couldn’t have been more helpful under exactly the same circumstances. Not only this, the online chat service is woeful, huge difficulties getting my request understood, very time consuming and was cut off several times. I eventually managed to get this escalated to a manager after hours of wasted time in the online chat and received a patronising scripted response stating that the returns policy states customers should contact ASOS before the end of the 28 day period to advise of the return and that it might be late. Funnily enough I wasn’t reading small print on the ASOS website while sitting bedside in the hospital. I have ordered from ASOS for years, however never again after this experience. Account deleted.

Review of ubisoft
Ubisoft support is the worst experience I've had across any company. As far as I can tell every response is generated by a bot which just points you at a knowledge base article that doesn't relate to your enquiry. There is no human interpretation of updates to your tickets and it's therefore impossible to get any form of support beyond the knowledge base articles. If you lose access to your account: Tough s**t. If you can't buy a particular game because their payment system is broken: Tough s**t. If their website is broken and you report it: Tough s**t.My recommendation: Use the Ubisoft platform for only the games you cannot get elsewhere, and seriously consider whether you're prepared to lose access to those games if the platform has a problem. If you do, Ubisoft won't help you.For funsies, try updating your support cases with HTML tags and/or Javascript. It seems that their case system renders those tags inline in your support tickets.

Review of dreamhost
I really love working with Dreamhost's crew. They always answers my questions and have helped solved issues. I've been using them for client websites since 2010, and I am always impressed with their professionalism, explanations, help and quick responses. Lately they helped me solve a horrible email issue...for which I was at fault. They were able to recover data for me, and I've learned how to avoid the issue in the future. Love these people and this company! I will continue to use them forever.

Review of bigcommerce
For a canned template type store, big commerce isn't bad. But don't expect any flexibility. They're pretty rigid and custom editing can get pricey real quick. But for better or worse we're pretty much hooked to them for the time being
