Wayfair lied to us for 5 days!!!!! Our order a hot tub was to be delivered July 6th in the Denver area. I was watching the truck on the map, who was 4 stops away from us when all of a sudden our delivery was canceled. I received an email from Cody W. saying: "I'm sorry to inform you that the delivery driver is unable to complete their route today due to running out Driving Hours which are State Regulated by the Department of Transportation." Our delivery was rescheduled for July 10th. We took the day off of work because we had arranged to meet the delivery truck at the bottom of our mountain in the cul-de-sac because our driveway is long and turning around for a large truck would be difficult. It was not UNTIL the morning of the 10th when my delivery was canceled at 6:09am and I called in did I get the truth. What really happened is the truck broke down on the 6th, and was towed to be fixed. In the 5 days since the 6th the freight was NOT removed from that truck. Wayfair said the trucking company had to do paperwork to get another truck to pick it up and take it back to the warehouse. REALLY, this did not happen in the last 5 days, but would be done on the 11th. UPDATE: Now 10 days after our hot tub was to be delivered Wayfair still can't find it. Only sending emails to the freight company with no reply back. For as far as I know the mechanic supposedly fixing the truck is enjoying our hot tub. Special shout out to Niesha a Manager who Rudely did nothing, not even doing a price match when the hot tubs price had since dropped by $202.44. She stated they NEVER price match... Today 7/15 Latonya who is NOT a manager, not only did a price match, she ordered a replacement hot tub, providing a light at the end of the tunnel from this nightmare experience. With this my purchase will be delivered over a month later on Aug. 9th when it was on route July 6th. This is not WayFair this is WayUNFAIR!!

We only have 760 contacts and Mailchimp charges us $39.60 per month (Essentials Plan). On their plans page they state their Essentials plan costs $26.50 for 1,500 contacts. In other words, they start gouging you after you become a customer.

When I first signed up for this service and started my subscription all was fine, everything worked as expected. However recently I have been having NUMEROUS issues with their website, dashboard and the monitoring service itself. I have sent many emails over the last months and I have not heard back at all. The only other ways to get a hold of them are through Twitter (I don't have twitter), their phone number (Which is not in service) or sending them mail. This is ridiculous, I have requested my money back at this point, still have not heard anything except for a broadcast email claming they are going to fix everything. I don't believe them at this point. AVOID this company, there are many better options that only cost a bit more.

I have been trying to return an item with a faulty zip for about 3 days. Probably about 20 emails later....they are still asking repeatedly for the same information from me. I have sent the invoice 4 times.Have requested the complaints procedure 5 times.....and still mo response to that one.Unbelievably poor customer services. Buy from them at your peril.

I cancelled this account with Yelp years ago, but they never did cancel the account, and even though I called back two more times later, they assured me they would cancel. They kept running the ads, I kept cancelling and paying the bill up to date, and eventually I told them I was cancelling and to not send me anymore bills as I was not paying them. The last time this Cathy could talk about the ad being run was 2022!!!!!! I tried to tell her repeatedly it was not run with my authority. She would not listen. She cited a number of phone calls where I tried to cancel and finish up with this company. Today, Two years later, today, 2/7/2024 I get a bill for $1,156 and some change, tell me that's not fraudulent?????????!!!!!!!!!! In my opinion this company is fraudulent, has terrible book keeping skills, and like to run ads and keep the billing going but only decide to fraudulently bill you two years later??????!!!! In my opinion this company is very corrupt and FOS!

The customer care confirms this issue as " For various reasons outside of Viber's control, the phone number might be displayed as 'unknown' or incorrectly.Unfortunately it is an issue out of our reach"
