Review of guitarcenter
Went to Guitar Center at 8601 Sheridan Boulevard G, Westminster, CO 80003. This was, honestly, one of the worst retail experience I've ever had. 7 employees that I visually spotted; the only two actively helpful ones were monopolized by customers already (don't blame the customers; a helpful employee is where you gravitate toward) and the others actually visually dodged me/immediately pretended to be doing something else to avoid helping me; it was uncanny. All I needed was some electric guitar hardware for an input socket repair, the hardware wall was nearly bare, and as I approached other available employees for help, they all scattered as fast as they possibly could. I'm pretty sure I showered yesterday, so not sure what the fear of helping a customer was, but there you have it. Thankfully a music shop about 2 miles away from GC helped me out with everything I needed, didn't charge me for the parts (!!!???) and so I ended up buying more than what I intended to get that day (guitar pedal and a hard case) as just a sign of appreciation for helping me out of a serious jam. GC, please do better than this. But please know that I won't be visiting you guys a for a looooooooong time.

Support was extremely helpful. We are a nonprofit and they worked with us to find a suitable, affordable plan and then they very patiently walked us through the app basics. And then showed some cool tips as well. The app is very intuitive.

I agree with the other reviews. If you want to cancel, they charge ridiculous fees. Also, I somehow have TWO separate plans, because they didn't combine them like any normal company would have. And I can't cancel either. Imagine what kind of human beings you have to be to run a company like this. I will MOST DEFINITELY cancel and never use them again when my plans both run out.

Target bhas always been interesting as an alternative to Walmart... KMart..., However I've investigated where they are coming from, and I cannot frequent an anti-Constitutional stance. which is no problem with alternate personal situations, but, well, goodby!
Review of songkick
I purchased two tickets for a gig in London and paid for postage fees but these never arrived.I tried to contact songkick but as they have no phone number, they make it very difficult. All the customer service is by email exchange so you are dependant of a person willing or not to reply (and when nothing has been agreed and the gig is the day after and you have to arrange travel, it is quite stressful).I offered some alternatives but they refused it all (e-tickets, picking tickets up at another location, sending new tickets 2 days before the gig). I had to pick the tickets at the box office on the day, so after the gig I complained by email, the only thing their agreed was to reimburse the postage fees as a "gesture of goodwill", since then no response and I will not get any.

Review of coinbase
I've been using Coinbase since 2017, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Over the years, they’ve consistently provided a seamless and reliable platform for all my crypto needs. Recently, my account was under review, and I was initially a bit concerned, but the Coinbase team went above and beyond to resolve everything. Their prompt replies and quick solutions ensured I was kept in the loop and happy with the outcome. It’s clear that they prioritize customer service, and I truly appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend Coinbase for anyone looking for a trustworthy exchange

I love this service and use it exclusively. I had difficulty downloading today, and the online chat help person was able to help me get the downloads and restore a credit in had used to get a smaller image to see if that was the trouble. Great company, great photos, great service.
Review of wayfair
I have a large credit balance on my Wayfair Credit Card. I have been using it but today it was denied. I called to find out why and also why it looks like it is going to make a payment and they wouldn't give me any answers. They just say wait 7 to 10 days and they will get back to me. We have recently moved to a new home which is why I have been buying thousands of dollars of furniture. A desk I ordered came in wrong so I sent it back on got a refund on my Wayfair Card. Now I am trying to use that card since I have the credit balance. It worked fine for a few purchases but then started getting denied. Why? I call customer service and through the thick Asian accent I am told they can't help me and that "Wayfair" will contact me in some manner, they can't tell me how they will contact me or what the problem is, nothing. Very, very frustrating! It is my money and I want to be able to use it now or else send me a check for the balance. Please improve your customer service, or maybe it is Cities customer service, either way, Wayfair's name is all over the problem. My guess is that since I have been making a lot of purchases for our new home, they are suspicious and think the card is being misused. If that is the case, someone should have gotten on the phone and cleared it up immediately, not in 7 to 10 days. Meanwhile I need to buy some carpet, a printer stand, dishes, etc. etc. for our new house and can't use this money. Poor!Another example of the poor customer service. The $1,500 credenza that I bought and was delivered a couple of days ago, has a door that won't close. I contacted customer service about that and told them that I believe the problem is a bent hinge and if they will send me a new on I will replace it myself. I got two notes back, one saying a hinge was on the way and another that said it was obsolete and couldn't be sent. The one saying it was obsolete came first then the one saying it was shipping. Which should I believe? No other information, no contact, nothing. So what am I supposed to do? Return the unit? Try and find a hinge on my own. Or live with a credenza that has a door that won't close. Wayfair customer service is awful!June 15th. New news. I finally got a Wayfair person on the phone who solved the Credit Card issue. Why the previous two people I talked to couldn't do what he did. He merely sent me a text to verify who I was and he released my card so I could use it. As for the buffet, I was able to fix the door myself so called Wayfair to stop the shipment of a new one. That would have been a huge waste of Wayfair money. Even though the agent rerouted it back to the warehouse, I kept getting emails that said it was on the way. I called again but got disconnected during the call. The agent didn't call me back and I didn't want to go through the trouble of trying to explain it to a new person. The final email said the window for delivery had been narrowed to between 11:00 and 4:00 Saturday, which froze us a home because we didn't want to take a chance of them leaving a huge box on our doorstep. The timeframe came and went with no delivery, just a day of worry for us. Admittedly my wife and I are in our late 70's so we worry easily. :-) I'm just glad it's all behind us now. Needless to say I will be hard pressed to buy anything else from Wayfair. You have good furniture, but need to work on your training, processes and people. If the Asian can't solve the problem you need to get an English speaking person who has some decision making authority on the phone immediately. Just saying...
Review of mercari
This company astounds me with the most unhelpful, unprofessional, and complete ignorance when it comes to customer service. I bought an item on Mercari about a week ago and the seller shipped the wrong item entirely. The price difference was very significant so I reached out to the seller and told him the issue. He immediately responded and stated it was his fault and he would refund my money to start the process through Mercari. The problem was, because of confirming with him, I started the return one day outside of the 3 day return policy. I asked Mercari to make an exception that the seller admitted the mistake and was willing to refund my money. Well 10 customer service reps and one supervisor later, they still absolutely refuse to allow me to start a refund. I showed proof of the conversation with the seller and they still would not budge on their decision. Well Mercari, that’s fine. You’ve forever lost a customer that incorrectly thought Mercari was a good alternative to eBay and others. I will refuse to ever use this trash company again and I will tell everyone I know and plenty of others who I don’t know how horrendous they are when it comes to their customers. DO NOT BUY OR SELL ON THIS APP! That’s the best advice I can give you.
