Great watches, useless app, zero customer support.I have a Garmin Instinct 2 solar, a D2 Mach1, BPM, and Index scale, which are pretty useless as Garmin Connect is utter garbage.Connect only shows one or two useless data sets, like Body Battery and Stress. It won't show steps, HR, sleep, or any of the other data it supposed to.Have spent hours trying to get help on chat and the phone trying to get it to work, but when customer services reaches the end of their script,they stop responding or hang up.Until Garmin creates a reliable app, buying their products is a waste of money and they so far behind every other fitness ecosystem.

The articles are great, everything else - appalling-I cannot cancel my subscription online.-I cannot change my subscription type online.-I cannot check my previous payments.-I am not notified about an upcoming charge.-The iPhone and iPad apps are terrible.The list goes on...Seriously, The Economist, hire some competent people and move your company up to date, it's 2020, you're stuck in 2000!

Amex customer service used to be great but has gone downhill. The repI spoke to today was rude and lied by saying that I did not sign up for the disney bundle until april while I am looking at the charge in my march bill. She also said that the button to sign up for the disney bundle credit does not exist on their website even while I am looking at the sign up button on their site.

Worst experience ever. 'Customer service' that won't try to help you solve a problem. They just try to ram their shady business practices down your throat. They keep telling me read the fine print (which I have to hunt down.) Signed up for an year's trial subscription (useless subscription) at a price that turned out to double a year after. Something you would expect from a telecom/cable TV provider. Cancelation is not easy or clear about how to do it either. Along with Terms and conditions need to be searched for. Not visible in your account settings. Beware the (3 months/weeks?) notice that you have to give them before your subscription is automatically extended. Mine got automatically extended for another year at double the price. Not stated on the invoices. Nowhere to double check what you signed up for previously. As soon as this cycle runs out. Will delete my account.

Ive been receiving password reset emails for the past week. 10+ a day, when I requested my account info, the IP of these is from all over the world.What kind of stupid system lets resets come from halfway round the world within a couple hours of each other, who am I, The Flash?Theres no way to turn off these emails, so I have to either get spammed, or make a new email address to link to my FB.Also when the emial is sent, the reset code is in the header, great security there Zuck.But we all know you're a robot anyway.

I recently purchased an L.T. Williams Superior Ironing Board through Amazon. There was a little pa8in t damage on the legs but i c hose to ignore that rather than go to the trouble of returning a somewhat bulky item. However, in use it has proven hopeless. Very difficult to open and close. Insufficient padding on the board itself. You can feel the iron through your linen. I wanted to advise Amazon but it is too difficult to work out how to do that. So I have given a poor write up on social media. Extremely disappointing and does not encourage me to purchase again through Amazon.

Warning! It is a waste of my team and money! I got blocked from the contest, which had over 25 designs submitted. The reason for saying not to allow 4 posts, is that there is nowhere I saw the policy. Now, my whole team going to wait for this, and it cost me time and money. The customer service keeps repeating the policy, I think it may be AI. No supervisor returned my calls, It was unbelievable they forced their policy, which I don't know, and threw away of all the designer's work. Very disrespectful clients and designers! This team is policy orientated, rather than customer.

Wayfair charged me for a canceled item that was never delivered to my home. They still charged me $182 for delivery prior to anything being delivered. This went against their own publicized return policy. I will never buy anything from this company again. AND, I am being a consumer advocate by warning others.
