I have a free account so didn’t expect too much. Even so my expectations turned out to be wildly optimistic. Complete waste of time trying to delete an old account, I’m just being passed from one inept customer service person to another. The same emails word for word. It’s like being stuck in a time loop. Glad I didn’t have a paid account!
