Impossible to reach help

Everything on my end said the freeze was lifted, but the company I was working with was still unable to open the account. I tried the chatbot and called 3 different customer service lines. It is impossible to speak to a human, and the automated systems just kep saying the freeze was lifted and hanging up. Literally the most infuriating and unhelpful system I have ever encountered.

Our experience with Rover was great. Our 1st house sitter had an emergency and cancelled. We were able to find a 2nd person quickly. Rover handled the changes right away and our dog sitter Russ did a great job!

Extremely Frustrated with PayPal Support – No Resolution After a Week

I have been trying to access my PayPal account, which is registered in Australia, but I am currently in Nepal. For over a week now, I’ve been calling and attempting to resolve the issue, but I’ve received no real help or solution.I’m unable to log in or access my funds, and every time I try, I get blocked due to "suspicious activity"—just because I’m in a different location. I’ve explained this multiple times, but still, nothing is being done.This experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I rely on PayPal to manage my payments, and the lack of support is unacceptable. I urge PayPal to seriously review its customer service approach, especially for users who travel or live abroad temporarily.Please resolve this issue immediately. I just want access to my account and my own money.

The Warranty Claim from HELL

It took exactly 3 and a half months for me to receive my replacement 2TB Firecuda 530. This NvMe SSD which I purchased from an accredited dealer for $550.00, failed within 2 years. I thought, luckily, I have a warranty of 5 years but after the enduring I had to go through to get my claim, I would never get a Seagate product again. After the initial 2 months wait after sending through the SSD, I contacted them and requested an update with my return because I thought it was strange that no one has contacted me about my return and that I haven’t received my replacement yet.The predicament which I found out later was that they have not received my RMA but the tracking I have on hand shows it has been delivered within a week of sending to their address which I continued to provide to 10 different chat support members over each week I had to contact them, each a failure in their own right since I had to waste 30 mins each time to explain my situation 10 times over whilst also being lied to by each and every one of them since they all personally reassured me that they will get back to me with an update in 24-48hrs but not a single one did. Every time, it was me that had to contact them which led me to start the same 30-minute weekly hellish dance. Although I got Australia Post involved, got a written letter saying the delivery was made to their address and that it was signed for with proof of signature, it got to a point where I gave up on the replacement SSD and was going to go through the Ombudsman since I have wasted so much time precuring it. Luckily though, put of the blue, I got my working replacement but it was at the expense of my sanity.

Delta has workers enter the cabin to clean it before you deboard the plane

I was on a flight from las vegas to detroit yesterday, and I was appalled that after we landed, they sent people on to clean the plane while we were deboarding. It was very disruptive and frustrating. People want to get off that plane when it lands, Instead of waiting to get off, so that delta can make a few extra bucks, when most of us paid probably four hundred dollars for our tickets. The flight attendant was super rude to the person sitting next to me. Flight 421 made me question if I want to continue using delta.

The platform in self is great

The platform in self is great. I've been using it since the start of the pandemic without issue. Yesterday I was locked out of my account for part of day. Tried call and unable to reach anyone; used the chatbot and couldn't get my issue addressed. Finally got into my account but was unable to schedule meetings. Sent in a ticket as the chatbot suggested and more than 24 hours there is still no response. Terrible customer service and I will be looking for another platform.

The scam uses fraudulent business…

The scam uses fraudulent business activity to make you think there is business opportunity till you do the free trial. From there you will get tons of scam calls from the SEO overseas pipeline. They are hoping you forget to cancel and once it rolls over all of the fake activity stops. Ignored their continued solicitation of the scam and they sent text messages of fake jobs and I believe bot attacks against my google account with 1-star review. Engaging in some shady business practices that are predatorial.

Won't return my money and evertime I contact customer service they lie and say they will start the refund process have filed a complaint with my bank about the charge so hopefully they can help. I canceled the order before it shipped since it had not shipped for 3 weeks. They sent it anyway I refused the package when it arrived so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping.

I watch News for Washington every morning. Love Bell. He is a great weatherman with a great sense of humor. The problem I have is sometimes the news reports are not complete. This morning it was reported that Ambassador Sondland said there was a quid pro quo. But he later admitted that was his opinion. Trump later read exactly what he said to Sondland. President Trump said he wanted nothing, no quid pro quo. Why can't you tell the whole story. How do you think Congress operates. Our representatives are always bargaining or trying to make deals for their states. I will vote for your legislation if you vote for mine, QUID PRO QUO. Guess it is how it is done. I just ask that all news media tell the truth, no matter how much it helps or hurts a party. The people just want the truth.

Please be aware that all payments are taken on the 1st day of the month so if you sign up on the 28th of the previous month full payment is taken immediately but then a few days later when the new months starts another full payment will be taken.Happy listening!
