As an employer, there is no way of reviewing the employee. Very one way street. Too biased towards the employees. It allows employees to become insufficient in their profession. Why? They don't admit accountability for their actions in the workplace and find excuses. Then they post their rants on glassdoor. The negative reviews are from a collective of substandard professionals. If they had some honesty they would say it to the employer directly.

Garmin vivioctive watch bought for son's Christmas present.Supposed to be a sports watch. But not fit for purpose. Flaw in design means edge of glass is very vulnerable. Caught on a lane rope whilst swimming and cracked.Garmin want £60 to repair it . After numerous emails and calls (which involve at least 10 minute wait) I finally get to the stage where they issue me an RMA number and address and I send it off, but they say they haven't got it. I had to call up 3 times to get the RMA number and address and then they decided to change the RMA number.Customer service diabolical. Watch useless.

I placed an order for a print back in February it was a gift for a relatives birthday and it never arrived. I chased it up and was told it was delayed because of the pandemic and did I want to have a refund I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I would still honour the order and waited again; its now May 16th and still no sign of the artwork, considering it was only meant to take up to 10 days to deliver. I complained again and was told it was too let to get a refund as it was more than 30 days and that I needed to place another order and then email them. Who in there right mind is going to place another order when they haven't recieced either the goods or the refund. I also fail to understand why I have to do all the hard work when it is there failure. My advice dont touch this company with a 10 ft barge pole.

Had 18000 missing from my account so I filed a claim, was told that the bank was gonna close my bank account to avoid doin a proper investigation. Then I received a phone call which they mentioned that I made the transactions instead of them actually doin their job and finding out who stole it. This isn't the first time this had happened having an account with them.

Having to revert to Trust pilot to get a response out of Macy's. Tried phoning just now, the customer service (if you can call it that) is offshore and pathetic. I am an international customer. Placed order online with Macy's early Nov. After around 2 and half weeks logged in and still says preparing for international shipping as it has been saying the last few times I logged in. Suspected something was wrong. Contacted customer service by email who apologise and reply that my order is out of stock and they have no clue when it will be back in-stock but that I will be refunded after 30 days if the item is not shipped. There was no mention that the item was out of stock at time of order! Macy's, why do you allow allow customers to order items that are not in stock?, very poor practice. As of 23 Nov my order still states "Preparing for International Shipping". Further, customer service have stopped replying to my emails requesting an update and for a senior person to look in to the whereabouts of my order. A really bad experience with Macy's, not worth the hassle.

This pains me but I must do what’s right and stand with over 75,000,000 Americans who believe in freedom and all that ‘was’ good in the USA. I will no longer shop at any of your stores in person or online and have cancelled my Macy’s account. Be better...do better.

Lastpass lost all my data and could not recover it. Then, I cancelled my contract but they kept charging me for 6 months. I finally got it cancelled but I strongly recommend you do not use LastPass. You will sit on hold for hours waiting for help and then not getting any.

I purchased a laptop (Inspiron Workstation) from Dell for my business Mid December 2024. It was a custom build. I received the product on 12.30.24. on 1.4.25 the screen started flickering and it was determined the motherboard needed to be replaced.Dell's first offer was for me to pack it up and return it to them for repair - depsite the "Pro" support included in the purchase. I had to insist on the On site repair.The repair person came and replaced the motherboard. The very next day I discover Window's is gone. I was not able to install it even with the technician's assistance. I asked for a replacement. They hesitantly agreed and never even offered a loaner computer.Two weeks later the product ships on 1.20.25. When the product did not arrive as scheduled, I began calling and emailing Dell to find out what the status was since they are the shipper. NOTHING.I reached out to Fedex and after a few attempts I learned the product was lost. I then reached out to Dell to let them know the product was lost and the claim needed to be filed by them.As of today - nearly one month after a brand new custom build computer failed - I am still without a computer and Dell has over $3,500 of my money.Currently "waiting for approval" of a new computer to be built for replacement.I've used Dell for several years and was almost always happy with the product, but after the experience with their version of "Customer Support"....I will certainly look for other options before ever purchasing from them again. The customer service representatives lack following up and merely provide standard reply's to follow up initiated on my end.We are sorry for the frustration, we understand your position.....I don't think they do. If they did....perhaps they would put forth an effort to genuinely resolve issues instead of hiding behind email.Dell Customer Service representatives do not not have direct telephone numbers for a reason. They don't want to service their customers when customers need them, they want to service customers when it's convenient for them.Never again will I purchase a Dell product. Horrible, horrible experience.

And Capital One has not set the bar high enough when it comes to customer service. Rude agents who are not clear about their message and just repeat what they had memorized without listening to what customer is asking! I just experienced one on a phone call.

Complete joke of a site, you can't re download tracks that have been previously bought and paid for, also had several instances of buying tracks and it being completely the wrong tune. Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!
