This company is terrible. You will be trapped under promotion offer and they will keep charging you once premium offer is ended. They renewed my ProJobs subscription for six months and charged me €149,85. I never ordered the renewal. Guys please save your koeny and do not ever join Xing. I requested them to cancel my Premium membership and ProJobs permanently. Now I am permanently deleting my Xing profile. And I also recommend you to delete yours.

I’m fairly new to Kraken and never in my wildest dream did I ever think I’d be writing on Reddit! I made a deposit under $200 on Friday night, 5/23/25 and one under $300 on Saturday 05/24/25…all of this is in crypto.As usual, when I make a deposit, I receive an email for the deposit within about 3 minutes, but to my surprise, I didn’t get any emails which was weird. So I log into Kraken to check and the first thing that pulls up is a screen telling me that I’ve reached the deposit limit and asking me to take photos of the front and back of my ID, which I did and it let me get to the home page. However, the balance was still not updated, and this was hours after the deposit.I look in the activity tab and I see both my deposits pending, including a bank withdrawal that’s already been credited to my bank anyways since 05/21/25. I then reached out to Kraken Support on the same day 05/24/25 and it seemed to be going well until it wasn’t .The agent asked me for the amounts of deposits and verified my account information, only for him to then say that my case has been sent to a specialist and will be reached out via email. I received an email shortly after the call and it’s been complete silence ever since. Absolutely nobody is even giving me the reason why my deposits are pending. My Kraken account is already verified!!I need access to my deposits ASAP Kraken! My ticket is #16778951. I’m losing money daily and I’m afraid to make any more deposits because I don’t want them held for no reason. I really need answers and access to my funds.Edit 1: Today on 05/28/25, I tried to deposit $10 in my Kraken account from the same crypto wallet to see if it’ll go through and it did and it showed up on my balances. So I don’t understand why those 2 specifically can’t be deposited. **UPDATE**Kraken has restored my account and I’m now able to deposit and withdraw funds in my account. All thanks to the team that helped me recover my account. I’m only giving it 3 stars because communication could be better by updating clients in order to ease people’s worries and stress while they wait for their accounts to be restored.

I am giving one star because given zero is not possible. Bought 2 wardrobes from Ikea with their click and collect option. Picked up in the evening of 31 January 2025 between 20:30 and 21:00. As it was in the evening I did not cross check the product numbers with those i had on my receipt. On February 1,2025 as i wanted to build the wardrobes I realised more than 21 packages of the what I received were wrong. Called customer service to inform them about this. After hearing my complaints and assuring me that he is going to order the missing parts, he blamed me for not checking my packages before leaving. After wasting 30 minutes with the service personal on phone, he told me I need to go to Ikea ludwigsburg to lodge the complaints. On my way there, I received a call from Ikea Ludwigsburg stating that they made a mistake with my package and asked me to bring it back for the correct one and that they are going to refund my transport costs. When I got there, the refund was 20 Euros to my surprise. That was the refund for transporting wrong articles from Ikea to Heilbronn and back in addition to carrying the products up to the 2nd floor and hired transport costs. Not to add to the whole bad service , they asked me to bring the wrong package back myself. This is really a ridiculous service for a big company like Ikea. Very disappointed. Better services are offered at Hofmeister and the likes.

I am a Wordfence premium customer in connection with a blog. I love the regular audits conducted and the way issues, when found, are clearly displayed for action. I recently received notification that a routine scan identified that my website was blacklisted on a spam filter website. This made no sense to me given the nature of my blog so I reached out to Wordfence using their help feature to get information on how to resolve. I immediately received an email confirming receipt of my outreach and creating a ticket. Within one business day I received a response from Phil with Wordfence. He went above and beyond, not only responding to my immediate question but also the questions I didn’t ask. Though the issue resolved in its own (Phil explained why), as a nonprofessional (highly casual) blogger I greatly appreciated the education. It is wonderful to have access to a knowledgeable resource. Wordfence has helped keep my website clean and given me peace of mind. I highly recommend.

The back end system is pretty good, but the set up is really difficult, support is pretty awful and the sale rep didn't have a clue about set up further then plugin it in.Big let down and something I was lied to about is the lack of a proper inventory for stock.

Xero just pays lip service to their clients. They change things that work fine and replace them with a more confusing system. They redo things but ignore requests for improvements that are years old and still currently asked for. Then to top it all off the prices hike up frequently as if they think there is no competition.
