I put in an order for an item but unfortunately it was sold to someone else at the same time, so my order was canceled.I gave GC a call to inquire about it, they apologized but gave me a better deal to make up for the my let down.In the end, I got the item I was dreaming of at an even better price then the first deal I missed out on.Now that's customer service.

nice tool for emailing. But concerning the CRM side it could be largely improved. Needs to improve a lot the automation when you want to create higly customized email with AI. Not sufficient up to now. Concerning interfacing with outlook, it could be also better.when transactional email sent, there is no way to know if the email is received or read, only with emailing.

What absolute rubbish! Applied for a passport on line and sent verification to another person to confirm who I was and the website isn’t working! No surprise there then, although they have taken my money. It took me most of the afternoon sort out and now I have to ring the passport office. I am not surprised we live in a country where people are stressed, aggressive and emigrating our government is absolutely crap!

STAY AWAY! No customer support! They confirmed my booking, took my payment, but when I got to the hotel they said no your booking has been cancelled by Agoda, You haven’t got the booking! Imagine in a foreign country you arrive tired looking forward to some rest and what you find is that you are homeless due to incompetence or pure theft from Agoda as I simply had no hotel they actually confirmed they had booked for me and that I have paid for! One of The worst company and experience!!! I came to the hotel just to be told that they left me homeless in a foreign country! Imagine how that feels! What’s worse they completely IGNORED ME!! Finally I found a number to call ( night time sitting in front of the hotel) and they were not helpful at all! Told me they will call me back and you guessed it right they NEVER CALLED! They simply abandoned me!! Shameful And worse of all I was even e mailing them for two days in a row before my travel just to double confirm which I usually do. DISASTER! ABSOLUTE DISASTER

Called south lake tahoe aaa at 11:06 Thursday night requesting a 2.2 miles tow ...they inform me it would take 90 minutes...little while later the tow operator called asking what was the problem, I say not sure...1970 cadillac convertible would not start ...then he kept on with the whats wrong questions I stated I don't know and can I get a tow or not...to make a long story short I got know where and no tow...paying going on several years and maybe used the service three times...looks like a waste of money if they can't provide service....

Support couldn’t be any worse - took several attempts over a period of months and then the response I finally got was unrelated to the issue in any capacity. The software is loaded with bugs - especially with regard to how it deals with USB accessories. The so called support is as close to a scam as you can get while riding the grey line. It kinda works for some things sometimes, but you can’t trust it. Interesting update… parallels responded to this post before the open support chat and multiple messages that have been sent since Jan 2022.

Like many others, I got confused by buying a single score and then getting a yearly subscription. Luckily I got refunded after insisting that such a practice is not OK. I think that instead of mechanically responding to other dissatisfied customers, you could actually change your practice and make it more transparent.

Lyft is using false advertising to generate customers. I ordered a lyft last week Wednesday & Thursday. At 9:55 pm each time it said 45 minutes.leading me to believe the lyft would arrive around 10:40 pm. After confirming the lyft and payment. The time charged to an hour and 1& 10 minutes. I filed a complaint with pissed consumers. Lyft has refused to respond to the complaint.This is very unprofessional.
