Support couldn’t be any worse - took several attempts over a period of months and then the response I finally got was unrelated to the issue in any capacity. The software is loaded with bugs - especially with regard to how it deals with USB accessories. The so called support is as close to a scam as you can get while riding the grey line. It kinda works for some things sometimes, but you can’t trust it. Interesting update… parallels responded to this post before the open support chat and multiple messages that have been sent since Jan 2022.
