Amazon’s delivery service ruined a special occasion. The driver came to my door but canceled the delivery in front of the gate just because he don't want waste time to get a simple signature. No calls to phone and door intercom I contacted customer service 8-9 times, only to hear the same scripted apologies with no real help.This was a birthday gift for my wife, and because of Amazon’s failure, we wasted the whole day waiting because they need a signature. They offered a pathetic £5 compensation, which doesn’t make up for the frustration. If this is "Prime" service, it’s not worth it. Disappointed and won’t trust Amazon for important orders again.To make it worse, Amazon is not even allowing me to post my honest review about this experience on their website. Clearly, they don’t want customers to know the truth.

No customer support. I've just got a new pc, and it has McAfee livesafe pre installed. I want to remove it because I have a subscription to Norton, and it's causing conflicts. It is also throwing up annoying pop ups all the time, tell me my protection is out of date. I've tried uninstalling it, but can't. I've contacted McAfee customer support and got no help at all. I will not be using there products in the future under any circumstances.

I returned an item 9 weeks ago and still no refund from Lego. When contacted they advised that they had my parcel but that they were behind with opening returns and processing refunds. This is an absolute joke. Have ordered for years but don't think I'll be buying from them again.

I made a complaint to the IL Attorney General about this crooked landlord and thief who lied her head off to them in the past, now she is targeting the elderly in Salem IL my hometown trying to get their money and cheat them renting duplexes!! I want my $1500 and she needs her Real Estate License revoked!!

Like many others we have not received any funds since 20th Feb '23 a total of over £138kTheir help tacitly does not work, no responses received and there are no working telephone numbers.PayPal (which owns Braintree) say they can't help and advise using the help facility, which doesn't work.I just don't know what to do. The problem gets worse by the day.

NFL plus did not deliver on it's promise. I had hopes of being able to watch all preseason games live. Yet each game I chose to watch I either couldn't watch on my TV or I could only listen to it on my tablet. Or the service just wasn't available at all. For no more than what you get, the subscription fee is far to much. This is not worth my time, or money. I'll consider to paying a subscription if all games, preseason and regular season are available with no strings, also available on all devices.
