Review of Zoom
Asked for 3 times my password change the minute I wanted to go into an import meeting, changed it, and asked me for a 6-digit code, I entered the meeting 10 minutes late. Why not send an email the moment they think there is suspicious activity?I will find a cheaper similar (read better) product
Review of tvguide
Horrible new app, very confusing. Please bring back the old app!For years now, CBS, channel 7.1 doesn’t appear in my listings. I have reported this issue numerous times with no follow up from TV Guide. The TV Guide magazine is often outdated, so I rely on the TV Guide app as a backup. This new app version is incredibly bad. It’s so disappointing. 😞
Review of teachable
This is a new con for me. Teachable no longer has unlimited video file size! They used to market unlimited, but that changed to under 4GB if I remember correctly and now they have a hard limit of 2GB. They made this change with NO NOTIFICATION to customers. My customers pay a lot for the content and we deliver 30min+ HD lectures, now we have to leave the platform. If you are thinking "Just use Vimeo to host" that is an extra $600/year to Vimeo to do that. My second issue is navigating the payment end is complicated when you have customers that forgot to add a coupon (especially for a subscription) or if a customer misses a payment there is very little you can do. Third, my customer based has grown significantly in EU. Our coaching or live lecture courses aren't required to collect VAT. Teachable collects it anyways and it's up to the customer to get their money back vs not charging them in the first place.
Review of squarespace
Have you been locked out of your account? Good luck getting support to help you. We have been locked out of our account for 3 days now and all square support can do is keep on sending us the same email over and over again for documents. We send them the documents and then another team member responds with the same copy-paste email, requesting the same documents. We've had to shut our doors because of this and squarespace does not care.

Review of fineartamerica
Fine Art America was an unexpected find. I took a chance and the two times I’ve ordered from them has been nothing but exceptional service. The tote bag and the print I ordered were beautiful, true to color and scale. I’ll be using them again in the near future.
Review of zara
Unfortunately you can’t review Zara with zero stars. The Return of my parcel was horrible. While the package after dropping it off at ups was delivered back to my house as ist was not deliverable, there was no assistance from employees except this useless AI bot. This was my last order. How can you not provide a decent customer support?
Review of zara
I ordered four dresses, all the same size but only one of them actually fitted. My actual issue was that I returned them and then received an email saying that they would accept them this time but that the condition of them was not perfect condition! I had literally tried them off, and immediately repacked them. They were in perfect condition. This has made me wary of using Zara again.
Review of hostinger
Solid infrastructure. Well-designed dashboard. Good documentation (though sometimes needs assistance to find). AI chat support is good until challenged by too much context or edge cases. Human support has always been helpful (and fast to respond, too). For Drupal users, I am building a site using Drupal 11. So far, Hostinger has been functional and helpful. In particular, the auto-installer genuinely works. drush and composer work as they are expected to work. The CSS editor is pretty slick.NOTE For a beginner, or somebody returning to site development from long absence, the multiple layers of products and plans can be confusing (shared v. VPS, for example). The AI seems not to understand them at all, either.
Review of freepik
I've been using Freepik for years. I don't quite understand how people have not figured out their pricing...it's pretty dang cheap ($10.00/month) for unlimited vectors. It has really helped me save a lot of time. Everyone seems to think it's shady that it auto renews? That's ridiculous. They outline their pricing so that a 5 year old can understand it -_-If you are a designer with a lot of work on your plate, Freepik is much needed in your arsenal.
Review of freepik
It is one of the best design platforms and to obtain quality resources, they are amazing ideas, it has let me see a part of the design and trends that other pages do not show. I am more than satisfied with the resources that my favorite design page provides. From Colombia <3

Review of dell
This review is specifically for the Dell Support Assist embedded chat support technicians:Don't waste your time. Save your sanity and just call it in to their phone support. These chat support folks have no clue what they are doing and only repeat scripted steps, they are not allowed, nor trained to think on their own.I have full on-site support and one of their managers still insisted on trying to force me to mail in my computer in order to troubleshoot an Nvidia Gforce video card (Dell Branded and sold in the system) issue.I have used Dell systems for more than 20 years now, and the quality of their support has become worse and worse over time. They used to have excellent support, even through chat, but that has not been true for about 5 years now. Save yourself the aggravation; get their premium support and call it in. You will get Americans who are far better trained to help you. The rest of it is pure garbage.I am actually right now finishing up my 2-hour marathon support chat for an extremely simple issue requiring a video card replacement. The chat supervisor even attempted to force me to mail in my computer to their repair depot in order to repair the Dell-Branded Nvidia GForce card even though I have the highest tier of paid support and the part is a simple riser card. They actually tried a revenge-move on me today. Fortunately, I keep transcripts of all chats and reminded them of that: He instantly backed away from the Depot repair requirement and began to process the Video Card replacement. But it took a lot to get this done, and I've been working in IT for 20 years and know all their tricks; imagine how some little old lady with a broken computer would fare... It would not be pretty. And yes, I could have followed my own advice and called this in to phone support, but I had time today, and saw Trustpilot, so I went the extra mile and stuck with Chat support to see how hard I actually had to push in order to accomplish a simple follow-up and re-dispatch another part. For me it was both frustrating and entertaining, but I know others would be pulling out their hair at this point and you really shouldn't have to pay a premium like I did for my kid's computer just to receive support from folks who know how to fix a computer without a script to guide them, because once your issue goes beyond their little scripted box; you're up a creak my friend and the paddling from there on is a living hell.

Review of dashlane
I really like it for my own use. For my startup we all got Dashlane accounts, free ones since we don't have a budget yet. Sharing passwords sends too many emails. I wish there could be a way to share many passwords at once. I can see that it doesn't sound that secure, but still it was hard to share all of our passwords. Also, touch id login for macs would be useful. Overall, great product for our use. Also, it replaced apple's keychain for me.
