Review of yelp
If I could review them with a negative star I would do so. It has been the absolute worst experience and they have literally taken approximately $2000 dollars from me without helping and guiding me. They sell you false hopes and expectations. Customer service does not follow up or reach out to you regarding questions or concerns. They state you will get a $300 credit to start for which that was the reason I figured I would try it out. Then make a better decision moving forward once I gave it a shot. Nope, absolute waste of time and money. No increase in anything just a decrease in my bank account. DO NOT PAY for services you wont receive.
Review of uber
Tried to use the app to book a flight - ended up costing me over £100 more. Went through the whole process as was attracted by the 10% back in Uber credits which were offered. Every time I get to the payment screen none of my existing payment methods appear and when I try to add a new payment method it states the payment method has already been added making the booking impossible to complete. Ended up having to go direct to the airlines website and from clicking on the flights too many times via Uber the price of the flight got bumped and ended up costing me significantly more. Just dont bother using to book anything other than a taxi. Also does not allow you to add luggage so will end up costing you more.

Review of Microsoft
Microsoft has the absolute worst support service. My password stopped working suddenly (Though I know it is correct), And I’ve spoken to five people so far it’s been two days and none of them have even attempted to help me and have just passed the batton on to another person saying they will call at a certain time and have not called back at all. All they have to share are excuses. This would be completely unacceptable in my line of work. They have complete monopoly and are taking full advantage of it. There needs to be some accountability, Their service is the absolute worst I have ever seen at any organization.
Review of mega
I just came from Sync as a paying costumer after three years with a bunch of bad transfer/synchronizing experiences and a poorly and long-drawn-out support.I have just upgraded my free account to Pro I and I'm so happy that it performs what Sync does not. MEGA seams to rock :) Now I'm Happy Happy.

Review of namecheap
⚠️ Namecheap - Very Poor Customer ExperienceI had a terrible experience with Namecheap after trying to cancel an auto-renewal. Despite sending a cancellation request in advance, they failed to honor it and still charged me. When I disputed the charge through my bank, they hit me with a $15 “chargeback fee” and repeatedly blamed me for not sending a “confirmation of my cancellation email”—something they never clearly stated was needed.Their responses were robotic, dismissive, and kept pushing me to drop the dispute with my bank. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and will never use their services again. If you’re looking for reliable hosting or domain services, I suggest going elsewhere.✅ Lesson: Don’t ignore customer cancellation requests. Don’t charge fees for your own mistakes. And don’t hide behind vague policies to avoid accountability.

Review of evernote
I have been using Evernote since 2012. It was good on both desktop and mobile, but then it started to decline and became almost unusable. While there were some improvements, they only kept it at a basic level of usability. Then Bending Spoons purchased Evernote, and they have done a great job. The app is excellent now. I use it to keep work and personal notes. I notice a lot of people complaining about Evernote's subscription fees. I believe it's fair; everyone working to improve this app deserves to be paid. We all need to earn a living, and that money comes from customers using the product. Is the price too high? It very well could be. If you only use it a couple of times a month to make quick notes or save recipes, there are plenty of cheaper options available. I use it to forward and organize 30 to 50 emails a day, as a planner, and as a file cabinet for numerous items. I utilize almost all of the options and features. Evernote meets my needs, and for me, it is a good deal. To truly find value in it, you need to use it often and take advantage of its features.
Review of elementor
I decided to try Elementor this year in place of Thrive which I had before, not for any reason other than to try Elementor. I needed some help with a product page and the support was helpful. Good tool and nice support, I have a pro subscription for reference.
