Don't buy "Onsite Support" or "Premium Care Onsite Support" from Lenovo as they won't do things when you have problems.I had bought onsite support and now as my laptop is missing 2 non-standard screws on the bottom cover they won’t help. They cannot send them, so I could fix it myself and they can't send a guy to put them in(onsite support), because that is not covered by Onsite Support and it's against company policy to just send the screws.If they could just send it it would be less cost for them and I can still use my PC as I need it because of Covid-19.From Lenovo Vantage:Onsite Support- Parts & Labor- Basic Phone Support for hardware Issues- Faster - repairs done at your locationThen Why did I buy support if I can't get the part or the onsite support? This bureaucracy is what kills a company.
