Avoid Casa Celeste Rome and Booking.com – STOLE MY MONEY

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with both Casa Celeste Rome and Booking.com. A day before my stay, I received a phone call from someone with very poor English who informed me the room was no longer available and that I needed to cancel my booking. Left with no choice at the last minute, I cancelled and booked a different hotel — which ended up being significantly more expensive due to the short notice.To make matters worse, on the original check-out date (for the stay that never happened), I was charged £300. I had already paid for the new hotel with my card, so this unexpected charge was baffling. After multiple calls and weeks of back and forth with Booking.com, they were unable to identify where the charge had come from. Eventually, I figured out that the charge was for the cancelled Casa Celeste booking.Despite having call records, confirmation of cancellation, and multiple proof documents, Booking.com repeatedly failed to resolve the issue. Every time I called, they opened a “new case,” forcing me to explain the situation from scratch. I was constantly told “we can’t reach the property” or “they’re not responding to our emails.” At one point, a Booking.com agent admitted they have no authority to issue refunds and suggested I try contacting the property myself — and if they agreed to refund me, then Booking.com would process it. Useless.Contacting Casa Celeste directly was a nightmare. If phone calls were answered, met with “No English, No Understand”, and emails were never answered.My advice:Avoid Casa Celeste Rome at all costs. And if you value customer service and your peace of mind, think twice before using Booking.com. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.After a year of fighting for a refund, I’ve given up hope of ever seeing my £300 again — and the time I’ve wasted is something I’ll never get back

Ordered during a sale season, order canceled after days , so no sale season anymore, now whatever I paid them worth less when refunded cause season is gone in all sellers. Direct loss to me , compensation: nothing ; let me re-order the same item if not available different size or color: No we dont honor the price. I want to share my experience with Google One support, particularly how I’ve been treated during a very critical situation that remains unresolved.My Google account has been under verification review for over two months, even though I submitted all the requested documents. My payment information has always been on file, and yet I’ve been unable to upgrade my storage or access important emails.This issue became urgent while I’ve been out of the country, because I need access to my email to retrieve codes required to open my train and travel reservations. Without email access, I’m at risk of missing paid services and being stranded while abroad.I contacted Google One support multiple times. The last person who assisted me — Sindri — abruptly closed the chat on me without resolving anything. I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy, especially given the urgency I clearly explained.I have been told to "wait 24 hours" or that someone "will contact me by email" — but after almost two months of hearing that same response, and not receiving any emails, I no longer trust that help is on the way.This situation is not only unacceptable — it has real consequences. I’ve done everything Google requested, and yet I’m being blocked from accessing a service I pay for, without support, without resolution, and with clear neglect of the urgency.I am asking that my case be escalated properly, that I receive temporary access while this is resolved, and that Google takes accountability for both the service failure and the lack of respectful support communication.

Cancelled my premium account

Cancelled my premium account. A few weeks later decided I wanted to reopen a premium account. Had to open in a new account which will no longer let me access my liked list of songs with the premium perks. No human to help me, bot help is ridiculous. The app even apologizes for not being able to do things through the bot. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Review of lyft

Overcharge - Be Aware!

Ordered Lyft and was given cost of $23.99. Got the charge on my credit in the amount of $24.99. Now mind you I was charged only $1 but it's not honest. Called Lyft support and was told $24.99 is the correct charge, even though it was supposed to be $23.99. Lyft that according to them it's the right charge and there is nothing they can do. No Refunds! I was shocked. Thier customer service is a joke when you finally reach them. I will never ride Lyft again. If you do, make sure you take a snap sop of the cost before you get in the car.

I've already reported many links posts from users which try to redirect you to a website where they want to scam you and install malicious malware, etc. Each time you get a message saying that the post is in rule with their guidelines. If facebook does not take their responsibility I will soon block 🚫 facebook in my DNS-server.

Pest Assassin were absolutely brilliant. The gentleman was able to attend within a couple of hours from my call. When he arrived he checked the reported wasp nest, explained what he would and got on with it. He successfully dealt with the nest within an hour from arrival. Given that the fee covered his travel, expertise, time and materials the fee was extremely reasonable.

A Disappointing Cruise Experience with Royal Caribbean

Our family was excited to take advantage of Royal Caribbean's Black Friday deal and booked a vacation for four passengers in an interior cabin, utilizing their Kids Sail Free promotion and a next-cruise voucher. When we received our invoice, it only listed my wife and me. However, upon inquiry, we were assured that our children were included in the charges section.Just a few days before our cruise, I received an email for check-in that only listed my wife and me. Concerned, I called Royal Caribbean and was shocked to learn that our children were never added to the reservation. To include them now, we were asked to upgrade to an entirely different cabin at an exorbitant cost of $3000 or cancel our cruise altogether, just two days before departure.With no other choice, we reluctantly paid for the room upgrade. Upon our return to the US, I called the 'post-cruise' team to discuss the issue further. Despite spending hours on the phone with various departments and being transferred multiple times, even mistakenly to Celebrity Cruises, I was offered inadequate compensation for the forced and unwanted room upgrade. Royal Caribbean's "leadership team" claimed to have listened to the booking call, insisting that I was informed of needing to book a second room for my kids – a statement I found to be entirely false. When I requested to hear the recording, I was told that I would need an attorney to access it.After investing a significant amount of time trying to resolve this matter, the best offer I received was a $900 coupon, which pales in comparison to the cost of the unwanted upgrade. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others about the potential issues with Royal Caribbean's booking process.The mix-up and the ensuing headache left a sour taste in our mouths, casting a shadow over what was supposed to be a fun and memorable family vacation. We are disappointed with the lack of proper communication and resolution from the company, and it has made us question whether we will book with Royal Caribbean in the future.

Tried two or more times to adopt on petfinder, seem to be absolutely worthless.I wanted a 5-6 year old 65 lb. mix for a companion for my own dog, they do not reply to text or email, I’m done!
