Cancelled my premium account

Cancelled my premium account. A few weeks later decided I wanted to reopen a premium account. Had to open in a new account which will no longer let me access my liked list of songs with the premium perks. No human to help me, bot help is ridiculous. The app even apologizes for not being able to do things through the bot. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
