It is almost impossible to get your money back ! I bought some crypto some time ago and now I can’t get it cashed out ! They take your money very quickly but they don’t want to give it back to you They also reply in the comment they are ready to help , NO THEY ARE NOT !

The most incompetent delivery service.

They didn’t bother correcting my delivery address until it was already in the wrong province. They lied to me about my delivery date. Handed the package off to a “trusted third party” courier service which didn’t even contact me. And when it arrived it was delivered by a civilian in their personal vehicle. Using FedEx was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in delivery services. Don’t even think of considering them. Even when I complained they sent me an email asking to fill in the below and there was nothing beneath that request.

Very disappointed with the last visitNo staff to help you aroundMixed pants size XL find in Medium drawers mix underwear what are not on offer...I spent an hour in the shop to bay a bra and 5 pants on offer and when I get to pay the bill was 85£The seller told me a pair is not with the offer so I have to go to find another one and spent another 10 minutes in the queue. The bill went down to 55 £.I am working in hospitality industry and I know how hard is to find staff this days but Sorry doesn't cost anything and a bit of help will be appreciated.I will not give a visit you soon... 😒

Shopify is truly the worst service I have EVER used. they shut down my store with no notice and no reasoning, told me they couldn't divulge the details of the investigation into MY OWN COMPANY for 'privacy reasons'. Ignored 30+ emails, endless phone calls and never did anything on chat support when I talked to customer service agents who ensured me over and over they would follow up, I never heard back from any of them. to this day they STILL hold one of my domains, THAT I OWN, hostage. What a joke, miserable, scam of a company, I am so ashamed they are Canadian

Facebook after 10 years since my sister died

Facebook after 10 years since my sister passed away have taken away my access to her account. I used to keep my sister alive my updating her photos with new ones and looking at her photos for happy memories and to feel she is still with me.They were recently going to delete her account. I had to log in and then contact farce book to prove I am a relative and to prove she died and to prove I am her sister and have accessed her account for the 11 years she has been gone. Now I find I can no longer log in to change her photos and keep her alive, they’ve made it deathly with memorial. You can see all of her photos anymore. Can’t see previous posts. Facebook have killed me. Insensitive and brutal to take my sister away. Can’t get hold of them . Maybe they will answer here and sort this insensitive mess out. I’m broken hearted and want my sisters account back.

So I had an issue in which I was scammed but realized immediately what happend and contacted amazon. Withing minutes I gave them all the proper info and there rep said "don't worry we will take care of everything and get your money back"After not hearing bCk for over a month I called in again.....fast forward over a year and over 10 calls with the same promises and then flip flopping on there word, I still have not gotten anywhere or got my money back.This company has the worst customer service out of any company I've delt with and I wish they would do the right thing but they must be too big of a company to give a Crap about little old me.I wish I could give them 0 stars.I just hate all the promises and lying.If you can't take care of it don't tell me you will and then back pedal!!!

Awful online experience so far

Awful online experience so far. The product came with a defect, needed to speak to a chat fill out a form, and wait 48h for an investigation. Also if you buy online you can't return in-store. You will need to pay 3£ which is silly for a business of this size. I doubt I'll be a returning customer.

KAYAK is a SCAM!!!!!

KAYAK is a SCAM!!!!!! I tried to book a ticket through kayak which was associated with airfare assist. After booking the ticket, they deducted the payment and I got an email advising that the ticket hadn't been confirmed yet. They asked me to call a US based number, which I had to pay extra for. When I spoke to them, they told me that the seats were no longer available at that price and asked me to pay double the amount. I asked them to cancel the booking, which they said they did but I never received a confirmation email. They told me the refund will be processed within 24 hours but I only received it after 4 days which was only due to disputing the transaction with the bank.I checked the tickets online again after a few days and the same ticket was being advertised for the price that they told me was no longer available. I called the customer service again and they already knew it was me who was calling and hung up the first time. I called again and they started yelling at me for asking them why they were advertising the fake price. They said that the price advertised is not the final price and there is a disclaimer which was absolutely not true. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.
