If I could put zero I would do. We have booked a villa paid straight away in January 2025 for July 2025 for 4 adults and 4 kids below 7 yo. The booking for a computer error has been cancelled by booking in May. No email to tell us. They also kept all the money until today. We have found out today by chance. The property in the mean time has been booked 2 days ago by other people and as you can imagine not much availability in summer one week before travelling for 4 kids and 4 adults. Customer service horrible, even hung up several times. Although they admit it’s their fault they did absolutely nothing. Not even any compensation. We already payed all the very expensive flights and accordingly took our leave ( I am NHS consultant in a hospital ). Simply horrified by their lack of professionalism, lack of empathy and honestly by their utter rudeness. I will soon find an alternative to this horrible company that clearly hate kids as they ruined kids holidays and wouldn’t fix a problem caused by them actually quite easily fixable . Shame on them !!
