I have been sending them numerous emails over the last 2 weeks regarding an issue with an order. I have had ZERO response. The chat system has been unavailable for a long time. No phone number... NOTHING! If this is ever resolved I will move my business elsewhere. I will also be seeking a refund through my bank.

Imagine being a corporation worth $133.84 billion (yes, billion with a "B"), yet refusing to refund $7.49 to a loyal customer over an obsolete policy. That’s the situation I’m currently facing with Sony PlayStation.I purchased a game from the PlayStation Store using my PlayStation VISA card, unaware that it required a PS Plus subscription to play. Nowhere was this restriction clearly indicated (there wasn't a pop-up message warning me that PS Plus is required to play the game prior of purchase). After discovering this, I immediately deleted the game and contacted PlayStation customer support, only to be told that refunds are denied once a game is downloaded—no exceptions, even if the game is unplayable and deleted from my system.To make matters worse, when I mentioned disputing the charge with my bank, I was warned that my account could be suspended or terminated. Let that sink in: Sony, a company with billions in revenue, is resorting to corporate strong-arming to keep my $7.49.This isn't just about money; it’s about principle. If Sony can revoke the license to play the game, they can certainly issue a refund. It’s 2025—there’s no excuse for policies that punish honest customers for technological limitations that no longer exist.Sony, it’s time to prioritize customer satisfaction over rigid, outdated policies and aggressive tactics. Nothing wrong with the product, but trying to unsubscribe is a nightmare ( online version). You have to call them, took me ages to eventually get through, and go through all kind of options, then ab interview and sales pitch. 21st century...get with it.

I am so disappointed with the service. They blocked my access 2 months ago because I was on holidays , which was already a pain for security reasons ; and I have no ways to get my emails back. I've filled the form many times and my answers are never enough. I've lost so many important emails!!!!!! Crazy to be locked out of our own email box for NO REASONS!!!! And the live chat is pointless !!!So Upset !

Fantastic magazine, THE WORST customer no-service experience in many years for me. The low, recent reviews tell the story. They renew when NOT authorized, pay lip service to "making things right" and then delay, get it wrong, and slow to refund. I had mini subscription, cancelled a month before it would have auto renewed, had a screen shot of cancellation acceptance (which a representative saw when I sent it) and they still auto-renewed for the max amount. Called, 40 minutes on the phone, 3 people, 5 emails...A week later, still nothing. Currently started a dispute through the credit card I used. Will not subscribe again. Avoid the trials, it seems they are not in synch with the "home office" (the term used by the a few of the reps I talked to, to shift blame). Shame on you The New Yorker!!!!

When the purchase code did not work, I contacted support for help I even gave them access to my website so they can see that the purchase code does not work they kept insisting I contact the author for better assistance, but the author did not get back to me. I filed a Charge-back dispute with my credit card issuer and was able to get my money back plus the seller was hit with a penalty fee. I tried this code for 5 months on 30 websites it just did not work. I'm so glad banks give you up to a year to file a dispute.Now they are asking me to make a Video of me trying the purchase code, what a joke...

I didn't choose to join this company. A card payment appeared on my statement! There's nowhere to unsubscribe or contact Patreon. The only good reviews are from green stars, probably people who work for Patreon. And when I tried to contact one of them, well, would you believe it! ..... ... oops! couldn't connect. Please try later.It all smacks of scam. I want my money back.

As others have said, this company has the worst customer service imaginable. This is not an exaggeration, I promise. I bought the wrong headset for Christmas, so ordered the correct one and sent the original back. I mailed it the day after Christmas. It's now Feb 3, and Logitech is trying to push me through their WISE refund process after verifying my information multiple times and telling me that the refund now needs final approval. They have acknowledged receipt. It actually took 3 weeks after receipt for them to do that. I had forgotten about it by then!This company is a scam. Stick to Amazon. Never buy from this website. Ever. If you want a refund, it is better to submit a chargeback with your credit card. Let the card company and Logitech work it out.

Had a few glitches with the screen flickering and not waking up from sleep mode, did all the updates and now working fine. The laptop is decent and so far so good. Would give a better rating if wasn't for the Dell customer service rabbit hole. Customer service and sales support teams are so painful, calls cut out when on the phone, get transferred to the wrong people or to a dead end line. No one has a clue what's going on. Don't bother calling up if you need any pre-sales support. Absolutely hopeless! The dell self service website, once you actually have the laptop is great. Super easy to use and make sure you run all the updates straight away.
