what began as the best exchange user experience ended up a total disgrace and unprofessionalism from kraken. without giving any particular reason, my account was terminated and I was offered an option to withdraw my crypto balance to the same name bank account in fiat currency (!!)which is weird, as their terms of service section 16 Suspension; Termination; Discontinuance says directly “if we terminate your account, we’ll contact you to return any digital assets or NFTs in your account to you…”. to make it more convincing, they put another line there “you may terminate your account at any time by transferring your digital assets and redeeming your fiat balances to a financial account and ceasing to use our services.” which clearly distinguishes fiat and digital balances.nevertheless, I specifically mentioned to the customer service manager that my bank gave direct instructions that my last name should be listed before my first name as this is how client accounts are kept within the system. the customer support manager responded that it doesn’t matter which comes first and carried on sharing the link to the FAQ indicating the approximate timing for fiat withdrawal was 5 working days max.on day 7, I found no corresponding deposits to my account and texted kraken’s customer support again. so on thursday night, they get back saying that they’ve restored my kraken account and give me 48 hours to withdraw again. so now my balance is 55 EUR less than it was, which makes me wonder how the math works here if they mention that the maximum fee was 5 EUR when withdrawing fiat currency and they took 3 EUR for fiat deposit (!!).avoid at all costs, glad that I didn’t keep large sums there.UPD 29.06.24: 13105641

Program/ap is terrible. Buying programs off other pay sites so you are forced to watch ads while you try and watch your favorite shows. Can't fast forward without more ads shoved in your face. And when you pause a program, more ads are pop up to lead you in a direction you do not want to go. Programming model seems predatory. I quit watching an anime show I was dedicated to after watching over 100 episodes, once it's was forceably removed from all other apps and sites to hulu. Thanks disney for yet again ruining something. Not sure how all these companies expect us to afford all these subscriptions.

these tw@ts are sensitive to criticism. it's a good site to get sales on if your photography skills are decent and you have the photos that people want, however, some of their clients are other british companies, and the English, they pay bad, like pennies for a photo if they can get away with it. cxnts like theculturetrip, twistedfood, even the the guardian newspaper, these aholes pay really bad like a few pennies for photos that other clients would pay $$$ on.

DO NOT WORK WITH SHOPIFY. We have not even launched our website yet, and already have had the worst experience. Shopify promotes themselves as a solution for all sizes of Business, including small businesses, with excellent customer service. This cannot be further from the truth. The sales reps will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract and then will leave you high and dry after you sign. We signed contracts for 3 companies (2 existing and 1 new brand we were planning to launch) and after signing, we didn’t hear anything from Shopify. We were promised that a launch specialist would reach out to us to guide us through and support us through the migration, but it has been 2 months since signing and no one has reached out despite multiple attempts. We had to make a tough decision to not launch the new brand, and Shopify refused to let us out of that portion of the contract even though NO work had been performed on their end and the company was no longer going to be in existence. We were told by multiple parties that this could be taken care of as long as we provided certain details, which we did, only to find out after many back and forth emails that our request was denied. We tried to compromise with them and switch the new brand to an extra site for our existing brand, and they also refused to do that. So basically, we have an entire website for a brand that is never going to go into existence that they refuse to let us use for anything. Talk about desperate to collect money. We also still have not been connected to anyone to help us with our POS hardware. No one who can perform any work returns emails. We now have a “manager” involved to help us with issues. She still is unable to do anything about the extra site, but has promised us a launch specialist and someone to help with the POS. It has been over 24 hours since she connected with us, and we still have not been assigned a launch specialist or anyone to help us with the POS system. Their customer service is atrocious, and I would not recommend this system to anyone! We will not be renewing their services when our contracts expire, and I imagine this is the same for many other companies.

Had my Porsche 911 in for repairs and mot and was kept in for over 2 months, upon receiving and after 3 weeks the low oil light came on. I spoke with Porsche Glasgow centre and although they did the mot and service they did not check the oil.My bill was just short of £6000, I was somewhat upset and emailed the Glasgow manager Iain Esdale , been a week now and no response whatsoever.
