I thought BoA was bad. I was wrong.Never have I ever experienced such a terrible phone call with the credit card customer service. The agent didn’t solve my problem, which was a small one but very important to me personally, and she was the one getting impatient with the conversation. Absolutely mind-blowing. The deliberate silence, the reluctance to follow up with my questions and needs, the impatient tone when she asked me “is there anything else I could help you today?” If I had to face all this ridiculousness from her, why did I bother to call in the first place?

I submitted a support ticket 4 days ago and till now no one in their support team comes back with a solution! Same for their Facebook message the only reply is from their chatbot given the useless link to back to the support system which no one is attending to user!!!! I bought their business plan!

Another company that cant be arsed to employ humans to help solve the technical issues they are responsible for. Literally have no choice as Google have sold them my domain. My emails now don't work and low and behold. YOU CAN'T TALK TO A HUMAN! I really hate where the world is going in terms of this "customer service" its lazy and frustrating!

Appalling organization. Twice a day asks for password for hotmail and then replies that password is incorrect when I have double checked it. No help system as they seem afraid of a public response. I can only advise people to avoid anything to do with Microsoft and use any alternative possible.

In the perplexed world we are living it is sooo refreshing to experience adequate and really caring customer service! I've ordered some 30 paper guides so far from Lonely Planet and all of them used to arrive safely to my address. It always took some time but they always arrived! Until some months ago when I ordered 2 for 1. The books never arrived and I'd blame it on my post. I got in contact with LP to check and saga was resolved as they sent two new books to a different address I provided where books safely arrived at no additional cost. As easy as that, no hassle, truly amazing! Not long ago I ordered two more books and same problems occurred, books never I arrived. It must be same post problem again, not great! I contacted LP again describing the situation and I felt really bad about it even though it was not my fault. I thought LP made a compromise once for me re-sending lost books to a new address and I thought they wouldn't do it second time (I wouldn't if I have to be honest). What happened in fact is that LP took it serious and this time and re-sent the books to a new address in a different country I have provided and books were there in 2 days. No hassle, no additional cost, no mails back and forth, etc., etc. Most important books were just on time with me before a long-time planned journey! Lesson learnt, I will be surely not ordering books to mu current address for a third time but what I want to praise here is LP's fast reaction resolving the issue in a great manner twice. I am afraid they have won me as a customer for life - awesome product they have and most important customer service is at solid level and they do care about their customers. Thank you LP and Mrs Vega

The site is pushing you to add reviews and salries, basically forces you. So I think it is full of nonsense information, because people will just put something in quickly just to get access. How about using some incentives for posting reviews or a paid membership perks? Their strategy will just cause people to either post false information or skip their site altogether. Would not recommend it.
