I have flown at least 3 times a year in…

I have flown at least 3 times a year in the beginning with emirates however their services dropped to a freezing zone. Last couple of years I'm almost trying to avoid them. Specially 1 year ago Feb 2023 they broke my luggage unrepairable Ever since I've written..called them no response Their baggage claim manager don't care about giving services he doesn't reply. I got no compensation. Unfortunately Inflight services appalling too. So poor they have become Now I've called them, asked to keep the money for themselves So to Better services for some poor people who still flies with them expecting something from them. As for me I'm never flying with them ever again.

Survey Response to EmiratesTravel SYD – DXB Business Class DXB – JNB 1st Class 25th February 2025 Membership Tier: Gold Travelling with my partner.Lost Baggage JNBA2****** A******* Input: Johannesburg @ 19:15 26th February 2025.We have been loyal Emirates Travelers for years as stopped flying Qantas in 1998 due to unacceptable service. First of all, I spoke to an Indian lady today NOT Malcom. This was verified by E***** the Supervisor who called me within an hour of my first call to Emirates he also advised that he would escalate this enquiry and apologized numerous times that this was unacceptable service.She was a good listener I asked if she could finalise this today but was unable to, she stated that she contacted the office in Johannesburg and they would contact me. So, I then asked if I could speak to her direct supervisor she came back and advised the supervisor would call me back sometime today. Emirates Fly Better (I don’t think so). This call took 25 minutes.Our 3.5 week holiday was ruined and is now over we have been home for 3 weeks. This enquiry has been ongoing for (31) Working Days as of today 10th April 2025.Emirates offers Interim Relief (IR) compensation to all customers who have travelled to and from the US who have reported a missing piece of baggage. Interim Relief: IR is also offered to passengers who have travelled on other routes when no baggage is received (excluding residents). We went to your Johannesburg Office with necessary documents but did not receive any compensation. My partner had Diabetic Test kit and medication also a CPAP machine with accessories needed on a daily basis.How does Emirates find delayed baggage?When baggage is delayed, our team does everything possible to locate it.During the first seven days we undertake ‘primary tracing’ – where we liaise with all the stations involved on the journey, conduct physical checks, investigate with our Security and Lost and Found teams, and check the ramp and store areas, in order to have items back with passengers as soon as possible.If the baggage hasn't been located within seven days, we conduct intensive 'secondary tracing'. During this stage, we carry out thorough checks within all airports and with all airlines. We begin this process as soon as the customer completes the Baggage Inventory form and provides us with all required documents. We gave C****** B**** from Emirates Sales Support Johannesburg a PDF document with Baggage Inventory that she stated would be sufficient and would input into the system that was on 5th March 2025 same day and person we had requested compensation (IR) from. Then on the 15th March 2025 @ 8:27pm 10 days later was advised by her that the PDF cannot be accepted and that we were required to input the details, we were travelling to my 3-day Emirates Experience Stopover in Dubai so we completed this on the 20th March 2025 once home advising C****** the same. This final check will be completed within (10) ten working days. Well, it is now 10th April 2025 (15) working days after being accepted by Emirates.We undertake extensive tracking to reunite passengers with their bags. In the unfortunate incident that baggage is declared as lost, we will contact you in order to provide compensation.Please advise when this enquiry will be finalised.I know this will NOT be done as previously have never received any feedback.Will update once receive response from Emirates.

I wish I could give negative stars to this company! I purchase content from their website on October 20, 2022, today is November 9, 2022 and I have still not been able to access my content. They don’t respond to my emails, and when I called to troubleshot my issues, I ended up in the same place as I started with no explanation as to what’s happening, and why I cannot access my content. They do not offer any sort of return policy or refund for anything purchased. They will not compensate their players for any problems accessing content. As a matter of fact, their advisers will talk to you in circles until you no longer understand what is happening. This place will take your money and not give you access to the content! They have conveniently stated that it’s a problem on their end, and it’s being investigated, which I think is a load of crap! I spoke with no less than 12 advisers, all of which were outsourced, and not one of them, could fully explain what happened to my content. Crooks all of you!

I wait for my money that is £110 to get refund sp that i can order new one , but it’s been already 23 days, emailed them two times but haven’t received my refund yet . Please canva refund my money back this is so annoying.

Have yo noticed all the reviews are one star...why? because their call centre staff are incompetent, and know little to nothing, when they get asked to escalate an enquiry they become belligerent and rude, they don't record calls, which in this world is questionable why, that is to cover up the bad service provided, and ensure that the in competencies and bad attitude cant be proven, they furthermore refuse to all you to record the conversation to demonstrate when complaining their bad service, and hate anyone challenging the bad service they provide, the staff clearly know they can do it badly and offend customers, because there is no come back on any of them...and so the problem goes on...the ICO is lip service and make no difference...

Lying ico adviser

Received a letter today with my name spelt incorrectly from ico saying I could be using my CCTV to record outside my property. I rang to explain that the person that had reported it was the same man that had committed arson four times to my property that the police claim the CCTV evidence isn't clear enough even though everyone that has seen it says it's the same man that lives close to me. This man sets fire to my property because I shoe his cats off when they are crapping and peeing on my garden. I said it's quite clear he want to get my cameras turned off so he can continue his arson attacks without being recorded. She accused me of being abusive and hung up on me. I at no time was abusive or raised my voice I just tried to explain what he had done. These people are a bunch of amateur that think they can treat people how they see fit. The amount of negative reviews for the ico says they should be investigated at the very least.

Best Buy has the worst customer service…

Best Buy has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 37 years of life and I deal with 100 of people every single day. Over a year ago I ordered 55 TV with Google capabilities that was delivered to my building but to the wrong apartment by the time I found out, I wanted to return the TV so I return the TV which was received back in their Kentucky Location, Warehouse it was confirmed that it was received by one of the employees and said that I receive a refund with the 14 business days two months went by. I spoke with eight different different people each time I called just to get to the bottom of it, I was told that it was not processed and the facility yet and that’s why I did not receive the refund then I every time I spoke with someone they told me that the TV was delivered so they came up , a refund even though it was confirmed that they received it back at the warehouse in Kentucky so I every single time that I called which is over 300 times and spoke with over 300 people a year. still same process every single time I have to call one department to get transferred to another department to get transferred to another department who asked me the same questions that can’t even help as I tell them you cannot help me transfer me some who can help because if you can’t see this information you’re wasting my time which they continue to do fast-forward over a year and a couple of months I was promised to give her a couple months ago for $479 Dollars because it’s been too long to process it to the original payment method so they can only offer me a gift card two months later which is today they say oh it was it was denied by the back team because the TV says it was delivered.

I agreed to a trial period, but due to unforeseen circumstances had to temporarily leave the country a few days after - yet, upon kindly explaining the situation, I was not allowed to pause the trial. If a costumer is not given opportunity to actually try a service, said trial period does not consist in anything.

Ali express false returns Worst company ever false information

Worst company ever false information, says clearly free returns however I had to cover all costs for returns back to Hong Kong from uk which cost me £44.40 every time I try and appeal they keep closing the dispute won’t be using ali express again in the future as it’s all false information and nothing but lies avoid at all costs, as I have lost out on items aswell as return fee I’m really not happy the customer service at ali express is appalling seems like the teams read from a script. Won’t be using ali express ever again. Says based on proof provided can’t refund however I have uploaded receipts from Royal Mail and still not sure why they can’t arrange a refund. X3 orders really disappointed.

Awful service.

I have been living in London for 7 years and I dramatically experienced TFL decline over the years. This service is getting worse and worse, just think about the strikes of this summer, causing so many issues to people. Busses cancel service at the last moment, trains extremely busy. Sad and disappointed.
