I bought a book which proved to not be what I expected. I issued a return yesterday and was told I did not need labels or to wrap it as the post office collection point would do that.I dropped the item off today. The lady scanned the QR code and within 10 minutes the refund was on the way.Now that's customer service.Thanks Amazon. Keep it going!

Horrible Experience

As a customer, I have the reasonable expectation that a business will provide the services in which they are paid for. That is not the case with ESPN Plus. What a joke!!! I have multiple issues with this app, particularly when it comes to UFC fights. I recently threw a UFC fight party for the McGregor/Poirer fight. UFC 257. After multiple attempts to purchase the fight over several hours, with everyone at the party watching in disgust, I followed the process of making a phone call for support. After waiting several minutes, was hung up on. I called the number back several times and the line was totally disconnected. I then went to the support website for the fight and tried to purchase it through that Avenue. The app was completely locked up! Ridiculous! That’s not the worst of it. After being totally embarrassed for not being able to get the fight, and ruining the party and for that matter the weekend; I wake up this morning to an email that I was charged for the fight! You got to be kidding me!!! Talk about injury to insult. And don’t give me this crap about your WiFi must be too slow. I have 180 mbps bumping through those fibers and have never had issues until I try to watch something on ESPN plus. I never right reviews, but boy oh boy! You’ve lit a fire under my ass! Hey UFC, Dana White, And ESPN Plus! Get it together!!! Ugh! So frustrated with you guys!

I ordered a tankless electric heater…

I ordered a tankless electric heater (4Lucky Shop Store) paid by paypal on March 26th'2025. I was given an UPS tracking number which was wrong,then they told me that is was sent by Fedex-it was delivered(they said), but called Fedex and they said that the tracking number I have was really delivered, but it was not in my name, neither my address. So I was lied 2 times,now I am fighting to get back more than $300. Last time doing business with AliExpress.

Received an email for a birthday gift…

Received an email for a birthday gift for being a member. It had a couple of options. One was $15.00 off an oil change with a link to schedule an appointment. Then you are prompted to select your state. When opening for my state of WV I found WV was not an option but every state contiguous to WV was an option. Really? So there are no AAA members in the WV not to mention their bogus offer. When I called Member Services they didn't know why WV wasn't included. If the good people of WV aren't important enough to receive the offer then AAA isn't good enough to get their business.

Completely and utterly useless

Samsung's support is completely useless. They either hang up after having put you on hold, they can't answer your questions or they simply ask you to report the error through their members app on your Samsung phone to have an expert contact you back. Which they never do! I have now tried go get help from Samsung by calling them about 4-5 different issues during the last two years, and it has been a complete waste of time every time. Samsung's products are usually ok, but as with all other products problems may arise, and I can't understand why Samsung deliberately makes such a lousy customer support. In the long run, they will suffer for it. I am now seriously considering stopping buying any more Samsung products (I have several among others watches, phones, TV's), but I think I have bought my last Samsung product. Please Samsung fix this!!!!!!

Terrible at responding. Responded after BBB complaint

I have emailed them about five times -and the book seller separately and they do not respond. If they responded in a timely fashion I would be able to cancel an order very soon after I placed it and realized I made a mistake. This way I have no idea what’s happening. No response. They’re no good and I’ll never use them for books again.Update: the company sent an email on Monday (so they don’t respond weekends) saying if the seller hasn’t responded by Tuesday I should let them know. So far the seller of the used book has not responded.My new update: I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and Abe books then contacted me. They refunded the book money and told me to keep the book.
